I’ve been to this location 3 times and only actually ate there once. The most recent time my mom and I walked in after a group of 3 boys. There was only 1 worker making pizzas and 1 on the oven. We had been standing there for 25 mins so we just walked out and went somewhere else. I love the food, and I understand if it was a rush but there were literally 3 people…

superfast? more like superslow. we got here at 8pm and it was EMPTY except for 1 other party of 4 people ahead of us. one employee was pre-closing half of the line (2 hours before close mind you) making it to where there was only space for 1 employee to make food. which he did incredibly slowly, and only made one pizza/salad at a time. he then started doing some online orders, never acknowledging us. we were there for over 15 minutes without beginning to be served. i’ve been in PACKED mods and had my order fully made faster than that. absolutely no efficiency/sense of urgency. i said screw it and walked out, didn't even eat. i have worked for mod and was taught to do multiple pizzas from one party at a time but no one can seem to figure out how to multitask anymore 🙄

Watched him. Even after asking for more sauce and more cheese, it left about the outer 1 third of it as bare, thick bread. Wasted about 1/3 to the trash. I CANT IMAGINE HOW HORRIBLE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN, HAD I NOT ASKED For EXTRA INGREDIENTS. ( BETTER THINK TWICE)

There are 12 customers here and only ONE worker! After 10 minutes another worker walks in the front door, goes to the backdoor and tells additional employees they need help. A girl with blue hair and a guy walk in . Blue hair girl sits her Coke on the oven ledge and moves a pizza around that’s in the oven, the guy walks to the freezer and then both go back outside!! After another 12 minutes go by a group of people walk inside with what looks party decorations and a box and they go to the office . Then come out and sit at a table without helping the guys tend to the customers! This place will not make it treating customers this way.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would let me start off with saying I walked in this building with my friends and nobody wanted to greet us. They made the pizza very careless, had a very, very big attitude and honestly, we had rather eaten outside in 40° weather than sit in the building with those two honestly I’m not gonna lie to you. I think the worst part of it all was when I watched him yell at a deaf woman for putting her phone in his face because I mean she’s deaf. She literally can’t do anything but show you the screen and show you the DoorDash order so why are we yelling at deaf people literally this experience made me eat in 40° weather so these two honestly do something about it.

3 people on staff with one on a phone call in the back and only one making pizzas, pizza was very badly made and stingy with toppings, took forever to come out.
First of all, unless you get marinara, they do not spread the sauce around. They give extremely light toppings... but you can request more. Then they wrote Tom... my husband's name is Thomas, he hates being called Tom, for good reason. This is not our regular location, but we always get a kid meal with a fountain drink. She said they couldn't do that. no substitutions. I said oh this location does give fountain drinks for kids meals? She said no mod does its a company wide policy. I said no we get it all of the time. She said they shouldn't be it messes with inventory. I said so this location then. She said no all. I said We regularly go to 2 other locations and have been to a few others.... they all give it as an option. She replied with well they shouldn't be. My husband intervened at this time. And said let's just pay.... We ordered regular drinks. To which she charged us for the bigger drinks. This is under poor management or something. Oh! And the pizza is NOT COOKED properly. My husband's dough was uncooked and all of the pizzas were warm not hot. Can't believe i wasted a free pizza at this location.
Update: we gave this location another try and sadly will have to wait for better management. They still slightly undercooked their pizzas. It took about 20+ minutes to order, even though we were 2nd in line, right behind the person ordering. The 2 guys... yes 2 guys working were nice but clueless. The lady was helping the pizza oven guy then she left during rush hour. There was a steady flow of people in the extremely slow line... with only 2 people working, the whole time we were there! Oh and the guy stopped to make an online order before helping us. We are used to the Humble location which puts this location to shame.

We always have a great experience at Mod Pizza Magnolia! The staff is super friendly, efficient, and quick, and the pizzas are always fresh and delicious. A big shout-out to Britt, the GM—she makes sure everything runs smoothly and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Service is fast, the team is awesome, and it’s always our go-to spot for pizza!
