The lady who took my order, Trinity, has no communication skills when it comes to taking orders. When she took mine she gave me attitude and expected me to know exactly what came on the mad dog pizza. I told her what i wanted and she acted clueless. I love Mod and this makes me want to never come back. Do better!

The management and organization is all over the place. They go from starting your pizza to someone else's behind you. On top of that, they never have any dough ready for new customers. I understand that the process does not take a little bit of time, but waiting 1 hr for 3 pizzas was crazy. I highly recommend that the owner get a bit of structure to avoid people walking out and going across the street to Crust. Finally, for walking into little to no people there sure was no drinks and the tables were not clean.

The service was excellent and very quick. It was less than 10 minutes from walking in the door to the pizza being served. We chose the thin crust which came out perfectly and selected all of the ingredients we wanted. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I stopped in there yesterday and had lunch really like the idea of being able to put whatever I want on the pizza so we experimented with different items with a help from their staff. The staff was really nice very knowledgeable with their food and was very friendly on giving suggestions. The store was clean, neat and well organized. only suggestion maybe at a TV or two. We definitely will go back

Firstly, these people writing reviews need to realize this is a new location with new staff, and they need to be patient. All the boys in there were doing a very good job at making sure orders were correct and coming out in a timely fashion. They were all very sweet and customer service was top knotch. I look forward to visiting in the future!

ME & GIRL FIRST TIME ARRIVED THERE IT WAS TERRIBLE THEY SAY THEY R FAST THATS A LIE WE WAITED ABOUT 20MINS THE LADY WAS MAKING THE MAN PIZZA SHE TOOK FOREVER ALSO OUR PIZZA WAS BURNT & THEY WERE VERY LOW ON SWEET TEA & THE DINEING AREA TABLES WERE VERY DIRTY WE HAD TO CLEAN OUR TABLE AND ALSO SAW OTHERS CLEANING THERE TABLE AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WE WILL NOT GO THERE ANY MORE WE WILL GO BACK TO OUR OTHER PLACE THAT WE LIKE .
