Prep cooks don't follow order requests. I wanted a 1/2 cheese only 1/2 with sausage and mushrooms. They put the topping on the entire pizza again. The pizza was cold by the time I picked all the stuff off half of the pizza. Read the order. Prepare the pizza as ordered. SLOW DOWN! This is not the first time but it is the last time I will order from them because for the price they should get a simple order right.

Food safety issue, we received an order that was not ours, we did not place any order. We called Papa John manager and she said she would send driver back to pick up. After over 20 minutes driver returned, picked up and went down street and delivered to original customer. How would you like to be delivered a cold pizza that had been delivered to someone else and then you get it. NOT SAFE or probably against health code. WE WILL NEVER ORDER PAPA JOHN NOW

Some specials you can only order online. Some specials you can only order in store. If you order in store you don’t get reward points. They make it difficult.

Very disappointed with this location. Pumpkin pizza came messed up. Had to make it a face as best as I could before the grands saw it. Philly Cheese Papadias tasted SOUR , with hardly any filling. For paying $38 for delivery. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again .

Started out as Delivery order ended with having to pick it up over hour later. Lots of staff and no one wearing gloves. Yes that includes the people touching all the food and making the pizzas. Also did not get refunded for delivery fee. Will not be ordering pizza here ever again.

This location constantly forgets things. Out of the 4 times I have ordered pizza from here it has been correct a total of 0. Also, when I call to let them know, I am treated to rudeness and neglect. I would go to dominos or even pizza hut to be completely honest. Don't waste your time and money with this location.
