We ordered food today and the driver was really friendly and kind when giving us our food. After we noticed we were missing our drink we called the store and Lance issued a refund but not before making fun of the delivery driver saying “he is special as you could probably see.” This came off highly rude and unprofessional. The missing drink is not the issue at all but making fun of someone with special needs with customers is unacceptable in my opinion.

Horrible is an understatement. We got there at straight up noon. There were a total of three pieces of pizza on the buffet so before we even sat down, we asked the guy if there would be more put out. He assured us there would be. Well, there were two other tables of people sitting and waiting. We should’ve known better, but we waited too. One table left. They brought out 2 pizzas in 47 minutes. We ate a total of 3 pieces of pizza between the two of us. Threw out, or left for them to put back on the buffet, the pasta as it was old and dried out. We asked again if they’d bring any out and were told yes. We finally got up to leave. At that point, somebody from the back that was extremely loud and very very scary says he’s the manager. Apparently his name is Lance? Told him what the problem was and he said there’s pizza in the back cooking. I said we’ve been asking for over 30 minutes how long does it take to cook a pizza. He said about 13 minutes. I said you have six adults that are still here, two other tables have already left, And you have one pizza in the oven and that’s all you’ve had in the oven since we’ve been here and yet we’ve been here for three times the amount of time it takes you to cook a pizza. He said yes, he’s both Manager and cook because his cook called in sick so he just hasn’t had time to take care of the buffet. Then close it down for the day. Now mind you, there are two different employees sitting out in the restaurant with paperwork and a printer playing on their cell phones. There’s also at least two other people that we saw in and out of the kitchen. And when I told him that the three pieces of pizza that were there when we got there that have now been sitting there for over 47 minutes are still there. He asked me if I wanted to take them home with me since I wanted to ask about them. I told him they are disgusting and I’m trying to point out that you should not have pizza sitting out there for over an hour. he said it was a special order from a customer that didn’t eat it all and he’d be glad to box it up for me if I’d like. Is he serious? He wanted to get in my face and threaten me and then ask that kind of question?never ever ever will we be back!

Ordered a thin crust pizza with extra sauce because it’s always just basically dough and cheese. And even though I asked for extra sauce, it had almost no sauce on it.

It was a Saturday night and I am sure it was busy; but, if you are gonna show a delivery time - meet it. Otherwise, DON'T LIST IT! The delivery came 15 minutes after the posted expected time. The Big New Yorker was lacking flavor. The garlic parmesan wings, on the other hand, wee excellent.

Food was great but services was terrible . I ordered online, drove thru drive thru paid for my order. He told me your order is coming out of the oven please wait a few . I said sure np. 15 mins go by and the same guy who took my payment said can I help you ? I said yeah I'm still waiting for my order I paid for . Oh lemme check on that he says . He comes back and I quote I'm sorry sir we don't know what happened to your order . We are going to have to remake it . So I had to wait another 20 mins for my order. Yes the food was fresh and great but the service and the lack of braincells that went into the service was 0 stars .

One hour to get take out. All they have is sorry to say whe they give your food to someone else then tell you have to wait 20 more minutes and your food will be ready. The fact they offered no discount I will not be back.

Every time we try to go to the buffet, there's 20 people and 2 pizzas. It's always great but this is always so disappointing. We've had to walk out on more than one occasion because of this.

I haven't been back to this pizza hut in a year because it was so bad. I see nothing changed! I didn't get what I ordered and specified the last time I came I ordered 40.00 worth of pizza and they gave me someone else's order. Two cheese pizzas and a black olive pizza. No one eats black olives, I didn't think I had I would have to check my order and I paid for a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. The meat pizza had burnt hard meat on it. Done! Will never be back. My advice, go to Marcos!
