Have ate here twice so far and both times the place was clean and inviting. There is a woman named Karen at the front that has greeted me with a smile and a cheerful “Hi! WELCOME!” . The food has been on point both times. Can’t find one reason why I wont be coming back. Xoxox

We had such a great experience here, and Terrin honestly made the whole meal. She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we sat down and stayed on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. She checked in at just the right times, made sure our drinks stayed full, and had such a positive, genuine attitude the entire visit. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job and making people feel comfortable. Service like hers is the reason we’ll come back.

We came in for supper and a sweet lady named Terrin was our server! We never had to ask for anything, as she took great care of us! I wish more servers were as friendly and helpful as she was!

One of the worst “Italian” places I’ve been to. Only pro was the kids area. Food was flavorless and literally gave me a stomach ache. When brought to their attention they only took 30% off the bill for food I barely touched. Very disappointing.

We seem to find ourselves here for the playground for the kids (4 & 2) The pizza is good, the salad is good, but I got the alfredo last night... it tasted like canned alfredo sauce and nothing had any flavor... the chicken tasted like plain boiled or over-baked. There was no flavor to the sauce. Usually homemade alfredo will have separation from the butter and parm, but this was just a cream sauce.. it was awful. The pizza is usually very good though! The service.. they try, but its just not top shelf by any means.

Pasta and fried ravioli have zero taste. So disappointed especially considering how expensive they are. 50.00 for food with no flavor.

We used to really enjoy coming here, but things have changed. The menu was rewritten, and several items were removed. Prices were also increased by $2–$4, yet the physical menus weren’t updated, some items are scribbled out, some aren’t, and none of the new prices are shown. You don’t see the actual prices until you go up to the bar.
They also stopped taking orders at the tables. You now seat yourself and then place your order at the bar, and there’s no table service or drink refills at all. For a restaurant that provides no service, charging $17.04 for a medium thin-crust pepperoni pizza feels very unreasonable. Pictures for proof of what we ordered and paid!

Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

My family went last night after not going for a few months. They now have no wait staff evidently. We sat ourselves, ordered at the counter, and got our own drinks. They got the order wrong no big deal they fixed it. Walked to the counter to pay before leaving. The biggest problem is they added a tip to my bill. That’s STEALING. Bill was $45 and charged my card $51. They added a tip when the only thing we got was a pizza brought to our table. We will NEVER be returning.

Luis the owner called me personally to rectify the situation. I was refunded the money and he offered dinner on him. Although generous not necessary. Thank you for correcting your employees “mistake.”

Service I'll give 5 stars because they can't control the prices or the structure of the playground. The staff is lovely, it's the overall company and structure that is terrible.

The playground isn't suitable for toddlers. The space between the slide and the floor of the playground was way too large for my daughter to climb into, and she's 2ft tall.

The buffet was not worth it. A child who probably won't eat anything was 7 dollars. And surprise, she didn't eat anything but a little Alfredo.

Some of the customers that came in after us lacked spacial awareness and were rude.

We won't be back.
