I ordered from here today for the first time. Upon receiving my food at home, the salad with gorgonzola was missing, which is the main reason I ordered specifically from here. The penne pasta was so far overcooked it was inedible and there may have been 3 tablespoons of marina sauce on it. The meatballs were the only thing I could eat. The Garlic cheese bread says Parmesan cheese but it wads covered in thick, tasteless mozzarella and soggy bread because if way too much mozzarella. After paying $40.00 I would never eat here again. Don't waste your money!

This is a place I would drive out of my way for. The pizza reminds you of what it was like as a kid to be excited about pizza. The crust and bread sticks alone make this place amazing. But the flavor is the icing on the cake. Definitely super kid friendly. Awesome playground for the kids. Worth it a hundred times over.

Pizza is awesome but they are getting the order wrong more than right lately. We always order 2 small pizzas and 1 of them will be wrong. Service has been declining.
I unfortunately have to change my original review. My family was very saddened and disappointed with our visit on Thursday. I would like to think that we are regulars (at least twice a month) however, this Thursday was a completely different experience. It started off as soon as we walked in the door. We were not greeted then we paid for our buffets before we saw that there were only three pizzas out that looked like they had been there for over an hour. I ordered bottle of wine that I then had to get from the bar myself and then wait because it was not opened (cork bottle) My dad also had to ask if he had to get his own drink which was a fountain Coca-Cola. When we asked if they could make a pizza for the buffet we were then told we will see what we can do. This is the first time and many times that we have been here that the lack of customer service was non-existent. During our stay. We watched people come to pick up their to-go orders and had to wait for someone to come to the counter to even greet them. Meanwhile the phones were ringing and no one was answering. So there is no telling how much money was potentially lost because no was answering the phone. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the sweet short lady that usually helps us but she was not there. I believe there were only two staff working the front. Not one time did anyone come by our table and ask if we needed anything or if my father needed a refill on his drink. I believe the only conversation we had with anyone after we paid for our food before we even ate was when we got up to walk out of the door. I'm not sure what has changed but it definitely is not for the better and my family and I don't know if we will return because of the way the service was on Thursday. It's sad that I have to write this because we did enjoy going there but something has happened and the lack of management was definitely not there. Especially when you watch The staff walk out the door and leave you in a restaurant by yourself. Hopefully things will change and maybe it was just a crazy fluke.
