Raise Pizza & Eats has instantly earned a spot at the top of my list. As someone who grew up on the best pizzerias in New York, I can honestly say this is the best pizza and calzone I’ve had outside of my NYC favorites.
The classics—cheese, pepperoni, margherita, tomato pie—are executed with absolute perfection: crisp crust, balanced sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. It’s clear they understand the fundamentals and treat them with the respect they deserve.
I was also impressed with the non-traditional offerings. The creative flavor combinations were not only imaginative but genuinely delicious. These aren’t just gimmicks—they’re thoughtfully crafted pies that bring something new and exciting to the table without losing sight of what makes great pizza great.

This place is fantastic! I am from NJ, and have struggled to find pizza I really like since moving to Texas. Raise is legit! They have so many options, you would never think this menu is from a food truck. Everything is scratch-made with top quality ingredients. Whether you’re looking for a traditional pizza that tastes like home, an Italian meatball straight out of someone’s Nona’s kitchen, or an innovative, flavorful work of art….you’ll find it at Raise. 10/10… I recommend!

Rai truly does make the best pies in the woodlands (and beyond). I will never forget how I met Rai. As an orphaned child with no legs due to a viscous attack from drift of wild boar hogs, I had little hope in my heart for a future. Rai showed up three days a week and fed me some of his families secret italian recipes. within weeks, I had regenerated my legs from the secret ingredients in all of his food: Love. Now my legs are strong as hell. All thanks to Rai and his delicious pies.

1st time here to Deakon Baldys. Does not disappoint. Highlight people is Raise Pizza food truck! We had the Buffalo Pizza and Garlic Knots. Food takes you to NY! Totally recommend! We have been looking for just the right pizza in our new area. After having many that were pretty good, we tried this at Deacon Baldy's. The Spicy Italian (Spicy somthing anyway) was the best pizza I've had in the Greater Houston area. East Coast style, thin crust with the perfect crisp, great flavor and the pleasant surprise of creamy ricotta added to the cheese mix. Fantastic!
