I grew up in Magnolia and left pretty soon after highschool. Came back to the area this weekend for a friend's wedding and took a trip down memory lane! My family went to Ranchero's just about every Saturday with my grandparents after church. I still remember their original location around the corner. I grew up on this food and have always considered their salsa and chicken enchiladas to be the standard. This did lead to many disappointments later in life. 😂 But coming...
Went here for lunch, and there was hardly anyone in the establishment. If my visit is any indication.. I can understand why. It is a nice place with a full menu and good service. However... The quality of the food and salsa was pretty good, but I felt the quantity of food was very unimpressive and the prices were out of line. I do not feel I got my money's worth for the $17 lunch fajitas and overall, was unsatisfied with my experience. There are many other Mexican dining...
