Ordered a medium fiesta chicken sandwich But where's the chicken? I always eat the Tomball location but was on this side of town. Very disappointed i paid nearly $17 for a meal and they were very skimpy on the meat. Will continue to visit the Tomball location.

I have ordered here twice this specific location because it is the only location down this way that is still open after 8-9pm and looks presentable. Sooo the food (Hit) Staff a (Hit) Simple. This doesn't happen often for me if you view my reviews, you will understand, but I'm in like with this location. I live probably 35 mins out, but I still travel over on the weekends to enjoy their weekend specials while me and my kiddos are out and about. My youngest loves their Pizza options, and the Flat Breads are a delight. No issues on my part each time Fresh, Organized, Visually Delicious we always get more than 2 options and they all look great. Then let's get into the staff. Those that I have endured 2 young individuals respectful and professional.... They did not rush me or get the order wrong, so yes, worth my visits each time... Keep up the good work... Needing more restaurants like this who want to get it right each time....

Well I’ve been going to this schlotzsky’s for a while. Not sure what’s gone south with staff and management but it’s worth driving to a different location. The lady at the drive through was pretty passive aggressive for no reason, not sure who spit in her Cheerios. Finally get home ready to enjoy my sandwich and there’s a hair in it. I’m not talking head hair. This thing is thick. How does this even happen… disgusting.

4 times in the last 3 months I have attempted to order here
The first time I was grossly overcharged and the cashier refused to correct the issue. Stating she couldn’t correct the register and give a refund.
Second time I attempted to order the California chicken flatbread and was told it’s not part of the special on pizzas
Third time the sandwich tasted off and I got food poisoning
Tonight I again attempted to order. The “open” sign was on, the lights were on, it was not yet closing time, and I was told over the drive up they were closed. I exited the parking lot and watched for another 7 minutes before the open sign was turned off.
Highly don’t recommend

I’ve been to a ton of Schlotzsky’s locations and have never had any issues. But I’ve been to this location three times and all three times the food is either wrong or taste absolutely horrible. The girl and guy that have worked the window when I come are very rude and don’t acknowledge me at all. Doesn’t repeat the order. Doesn’t tell me what the total is. Just reaches their hand out for my card. Then they hand me my food and shut the window and don’t say “bye”, “have a nice day”, “here’s your order”. Absolutely nothing. The food taste worse than McDonald’s and the workers are worse than McDonald’s workers.

Drive through took for ever and I missed an appointment. I had to turn around and get a fork because they didn’t give me one and then the salad was literally frozen
Awesome, I stopped by to order and pick up food, the service I received was excellent! I even had a request to separate the meat & toppings because I didn't want the bread to get soggy. "Yes" no questions asked no attitude, the packing in bags were more than I expected. Thank you so much .💗 5 🌟 I wish that other places would treat customers like this....

I had many years without visiting a store of this food chain and the truth is VERY GOOD pizza and with the same flavor as always. The best thing was the pair of educated and super attentive girls who attended us, beautiful and helpful Venezuelans. Thanks for your services and good luck 👍 Very good product, I haven't visited it in years and the pizza is very delicious as always, the couple of Venezuelans serving tonight make the place very special, attentive and receptive I would definitely return 💯 % recommended. If you want to wait 25 minutes for someone to make your wife a mediocre sandwich, this is the spot for you. Ordered a #1 with chips and a drink, I've been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes... And it's empty inside... still waiting...
