Got a raw kolache this Black Friday morning, definitely ruined my morning going to work! Will not be back this is not safe to eat! I did call to let the store know.. so they hopefully don’t sell anymore raw kolaches.

I understand that new product can be under higher demand, I understand that you dont want to over estimate what will sell, but I have yet to be able to get a bacon egg and cheese kolache after 5 attemptes in the last 2 or 3 weeks. Today, by 9:30 they were completely out, as was the case on the other occasions, by 9-9:30. As a former restaurant manager I just dont get it. Not only is the store losing money but I guess I just need to take my business elsewhere. How do you have 5 ads on the windows and menu board for something you dont keep in stock. The employees at the store obviously dont even care, as they just shrug their shoulders. Not a good look. Honestly I should put 1 star on the food considering I haven't yet been able to try it....

I wish to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store, which left me feeling deceived. Upon your opening, I requested a fresh batch of glazed donuts, committing to purchase a dozen. I was assured by an employee that a new batch would be prepared, with a wait time of 20-30 minutes. I waited patiently, anticipating fresh product. Unfortunately, upon consuming the donuts at home, it became evident they were not freshly made but rather previously prepared and merely warmed. It's highly upsetting to have been subjected to a wait under the impression of receiving a fresh product, only to discover I was misled. Such practices are unacceptable and reflect poorly on customer trust.

This chain is like the others but better in every way. The donuts are Shimpley delicious.
Drive thru staff was more interested in scrolling on their phones then customer service. Kolaches where cold and we had to knock on the window several times to ask for napkins.
