The little girl is so rude. I always come to this location and see the same girl who apparently said “she’s been working there for 4 years” congrats you still don’t know how to do your job!! I always order the same exact thing and I never had an issue until today. She said they never had what I ordered and they don’t make it. Again I always come here and get the same thing. A salted caramel coffee with French vanilla creamer. She made it a whole issue instead of making it for me. I went to the location right down the street and they gave me the exact thing I wanted. I explained to them the situation and the guy called her weird because they do make that. I’ve also gone to many other locations in the past and they always gave me what I wanted!! This girl made me feel like I was crazy for asking for that. She was clearly in a mood and she shouldn’t be working there with that attitude, 6am is too early to deal with that. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese kolache, it tastes like it was barely cooked. It was so soggy and I’ve never had an issue with that either. I always came to this location because it’s right near my house but I won’t be returning. Not with that little girl working there. She needs to learn some manners. I’m not one to leave reviews either but I won’t let that go unheard.

Came in at 1030 and just felt like a burden to even be there. Doughnuts were hard, sausage just felt rubbery. Won't be going back to this location. Shipley has become so hit or miss by location. No consistency in our area. The special doughnut was just a disappointment. The oreos were soggy and the doughnut itself was hard as a rock. Strange for being "made fresh daily"

Went thru drive thru. The young girl got an attitude because I didn't give her a tip! Tip for what! For putting food in a bag! Remove tip jar from drive thru window!
