I placed my order drive thru waited 35min for 1 drink! I walked inside to see what was happening to my order and the girl said I was doing too much for asking For a refund!!! I called before to see if I could just leave.

I've eaten here many of times and never had a bad experience. The portions are good and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My personal favorites are the pho and bahn mi.

Food was edible. But not what my mother and I were expecting. I have eaten authentic Vietnamese food my whole life and this was not it at all. Chargrilled pork was rubbery and had little flavor my mom had bones in hers. Our plates had about half a cup of noodles and no sauce given. Egg rolls were dripping with grease and the fish sauce didn’t take like fish sauce it was sweet and had an odd flavor. We really wanted to love this place but we won’t be back.

I didn't know what to expect, but I found great spring rolls. Shout out to Jordan for the excellent service! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and knew the menu well. Her and Raleigh (sorry for spelling) made a great recommendation and I enjoyed the restaurant ambience while I read my book! I'll be going back.

Recommended dishes: Traditional Spring Rolls

Ordered the banh mi sandwich with pork skewers and it was so delicious! The bread was flakey, soft but still a little crunchy and perfect. For the price I would have liked more meat on it but it was fresh and perfect other than that! The spring rolls are THE BEST I've ever had! Very filling and fresh as well! Also the iced coffee is AMAZING don't miss out!

Update: This place smells like heaven! Don't pass up the Thai milk tea!

From the moment I walked in my daughter and I were greeted by Raile and Jordan, they are very friendly and answered my questions and went over and beyond. Not to mention the food was delicious.

I was very disappointed with the taste and quality of the food here. I ordered two spring rolls and the egg roll (cha gio). The lemongrass chicken had a strange texture, rubbery yet stringy in some parts, and was very bland. The shaken beef was decent but any flavor reminiscent of Vietnamese cuisine was missed. The egg roll came as a single for $3, which I felt was lacking in value.

Additionally, I had many issues with my online order. The wrong sauces were given and rice (instead of my ordered vermicelli noodles) were put inside of my spring rolls. While I agree with other reviewers that the spring rolls were huge, I felt that the rolls were mostly just filled with rice.

We have been loyal customers since this establishment first opened, but unfortunately, the overall experience has declined significantly in recent months. Since the change in staff approximately 3–4 months ago, there has been a noticeable drop in food quality, service, and atmosphere.
What was once a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience now feels uninviting, and it appears that the staff themselves are not particularly happy to be there. I truly hope the owner sees this feedback and considers returning to the standard of excellence that originally made Spring Rolling such a great place.
