Don’t even attempt to mix the drink. I ordered a strawberry Frappuccino and they put the strawberry syrup and the milk on top. Not even mixed. I had to pull over and mix it myself. If I’m paying $7 for a drink, I expect it to be made right. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks.

wanna know what employee hears “no ice” and still adds it….. rudest and worst store ever! never got a correct order and gives me attitude every time i complain, wouldn’t be a problem if you could read the label and do it correctly the 1st time

I am not sure why it seems to just be this location but they can never get their stuff together. The majority of the time they are out of everything. If you want one of the speciality drinks they offer throughout the year better go to a different location because this one never has the stuff in stock. They are super slow and half the time the online or order ahead is down and does not work. They will even be randomly closed at time during their normal open hours.

The old woman at the drive through window was extremely rude. Cut me off when I was ordering, and seemed annoyed that I wanted to make a milk substitution. When I pulled up to the window, she had an attitude and a dirty look on her face. Didn't mean to inconvenience you at your job. Not the first time I've had this same experience with this woman, will be avoiding this location in the future.

I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years. The last month the drinks have been absolutely horrible. No flavor at all. They taste like they have been watered down. I won’t be going back and wasting $7 each drink again.

Brooke is the absolute best. She was patient and kind and very sweet. She's also very knowledgeable about the drinks and various flavors. This is the only Starbucks I'll go to, the entire staff is very professional and quick with the orders. 10/10.

Will never come back to this location. We have been ordering these for years. When my husband told the lady it was the wrong order, she argued with. Instead of trying to make the order right she argues more. She would not acknowledge she messed up. We left without drinking them. There’s too many Starbucks to go to one with a rude Staff

This place is rude did a mobile order for the drive thru she said they are short staffed and I had to go in to pick up when it is ready ..I feel she was wrong it is not my problem they are short staffed..... I went in and the drinks where at the drive thru when I mentioned it to them they said to come in they said oh well....I will NOT come back to this starbucks ....
