I'd placed my order through the app and it took 23 minutes to get through the line. The slowest service that I have experienced in a long time from Starbucks.

I really don't understand tipping before services are provided, I have been asked to tip every time before I even get my order. It is the most annoying thing ever. What ever happened to earning your tips? Now, it's just expected without even doing anything.

I had the rudest interaction with an employee after trying to get a hot chocolate, that was it!
She wasnt friendly at all and slammed the window after I thanked and TIPPED her.
Ive worked in the coffee business for a long time and know hot chocolates are one of the easiest things to make other than a chai.
Not only was she rude she make my hot chocolate taste awful. Ive never had yalls hot chocolate taste so unbearable.
Id rather go to 7/11 for cheaper, and something that tastes better, so I did!

30 minute wait for an order that was supposed to be ready via the mobile app. No lines outside in the drive thru but there’s 10 of us waiting on our mobile orders. Horrible service, everyone has an attitude this week at this location and the wait everyday has been over 10 mins even in drive thru .

One of the slowest Starbucks ever. Five cars in line and took 16 minutes to get through. Each car was only getting one coffee. they really need to work on their drive-through speed.

They take way too long to push out drinks here.
Don't think I'm going back. I'm a bit sick to my stomach. Got down to the last bit of my matcha frap and there were black chunks in it. They don't taste like anything I'm hoping it's just coffee grinds and not pieces of plastic. Disgusting.
Service was very very slow this particular day.

I'm usually here every morning right when they open. For the most part, I have very pleasant experiences (but who has a pleasant 4am experience 😆). Coffee and breakfast are always well done.

People lack knowledge of products being sold we asked for ingredients of tea due to allergies , even the manager had no idea what was in tea mix, we had to go online to find out for ourselves , thank you for well trained people .
Im giving a one because I can’t give 0. I place my mobile order 10 MINUTES AHEAD. I get there very kindly, and IM WAITING FOR 15 MINUTES for a MOBILE ORDER THAT WAS PLACED AHEAD. They saw me standing there for 15 minutes not a word. No one asked what my order was. I stood there 15 minutes and was late to work today. This is ridiculous. This starbucks SUCKS. Am i supposed to order the day before? Why did it take so long? It wasn’t even that busy. PLEASE work on this.

I came here on the evening of Saturday, August 31st and the staff was really nice! I saw some of the reviews are rough but maybe they're turning it around?
