Don’t even attempt to mix the drink. I ordered a strawberry Frappuccino and they put the strawberry syrup and the milk on top. Not even mixed. I had to pull over and mix it myself. If I’m paying $7 for a drink, I expect it to be made right. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks.
Terrible customer service. The baristas are rude and don’t seem to actually care to provide decent customer service, bad attitudes and seem annoyed when you ask a question

Decent amount of seating, and moderately clean. Pretty typical experience for a Starbucks inside a Target. Staff was friendly and helpful.
They do promotions through Target often, so check the Target app for sales!

girl who took our order was dismissive and both drinks were made badly. i understand we came in before closing so that can be frustrating, but we only ordered two small hot chocolates and were met with her openly treating us like we were ruining her night.

I stood in line for 12 minutes waiting for a couple to finish ordering, but that’s not the problem. The problem is, that this teenage white girl walked up in front of me and started ordering when it was my turn, I said excuse me, I was in line, she turned and looked at me like I wasn’t talking to her, the cashier just continued to take her order like she didn’t see me in line.
So, not only was the girl entitlement verified by the cashier, she completely ignore the fact that I waiting patiently for my turn. Thanks Starbucks for making sure all your customers are treated kindly.

We go to this Starbucks once a week. Always have a positive customer service experience, and excellent coffee. Cassandra at this location- 6643 FM 1488 Magnolia, TX 77354 makes the best cup of coffee ever! The sad thing is that this store has no tipping option for customers paying with credit or debit cards. Few people carry cash anymore, so these employees aren't getting the tips they deserve, as they do at other Starbucks locations. Hope to see that change!
RUDE!! I requested a Pike coffee & I got a dark roast!!The employee, CoCo wasnot helpful & told me to go to the end of the long line to wait until he cd brew pike place coffee!!! UNBELIEVABLE RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! Not going back to that "don't give a damn" attitude.NO THANKS!!

I love the location, its not as busy as most Starbucks but it's still a great area. Customers and staff are really friendly. Just right off of 1488 and your next to a bunch of shopping centers near you. Today, they offered a free taste test of some of the new foods they have to offer, i ended up trying the Truffle mac & cheese and it was a great tasting snack. Lots of new Barista's, but it's still pushing out all them early morning orders.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! The barista, Heather (I believe that’s her name) is so joyful in the morning; even if there is a bit of a crowd. She is so sweet and more than accommodating- not to mention my lattes are excellent! She goes the extra mile to make customers feel special. After having a rough few days, it’s so refreshing to have someone really put in effort to show she cares about her job and others. If any manager sees this, if she’s not the manager already, please give her a raise or promotion!

Genuinely the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to and drinks are messed up fairly regularly.

They need to hire more people or something. Stuck in drive through chaos line for 35 minutes with no way of getting out. And to top it off, I was given the wrong order. Their online ordering isn’t working either. Saves no time going in. Always have an issue each visit. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
