DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Honestly go to 7Brews or make the trip down to the other Starbucks on 2978 and 1488. I ordered a Frappuccino for my husband (which I order at least once a week). They filled the bottom half of the cup and I mean HALF with whip cream. It looks like they made the wrong size and filled half of the bottom with whip cream. I am not one to send food back, but I paid for a Venti and left a nice cash tip. So I went in and the girl asks me what is wrong and I explain I order this every week and it has never been filled with half whip cream and I asked if it could be redone. She looks at me and says I am wrong and this is how it is made but will re-do it. I did not come in with attitude, so why are you giving it. No ma’am, this is not how it is made. I have ordered the same drink for 8 years from multiple locations. She was just mad that she made a mistake and I came in and asked for a re-do. She made a seen in front of the whole store. I hope the owner sees this because you just lost some business.

Nice to finally have a Starbucks close to Old Magnolia. Love the location of this one as it is close to an HEB and other food places. Easy to get in and out of, staff was nice, location could have been cleaner but not bad, coffee is great. I will be a regular at this location, hope you give them a chance.

Go to any other Starbucks!!!! This one is absolute trash from the service and wait time to the drinks they hand out! Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes just to finally get to the window and they try and hand me the wrong drinks. Finally they come back with the right drink and it’s all watery looking then they look at me like I have two heads and give me dirty looks when I ask for them to remake it. I didn’t pay $15 for two drinks for them to be any way other than how I ordered them.
