Ordered three sandwiches with the toppings mixed. Sandwiches could not be eaten dur to the mix up. The store did not answer the phone and the AI chat bot would time out due to the large number of questions it would ask. Gave up after 4th try timed out because I was very quick and clear with short responses and still timed out.

Please let the discord moderator know that he needs to learn how to make the sandwiches WITHOUT unnecessary and weird commentary. He made me extremely uncomfortable and also joked about my choices on my sandwhich which is uncalled for. The area with the cup lids had not been clean in a while, it was sticky and ALL of the lids had soda residue on them. The sandwhiches were a complete waste of money, as the bread was extremely stale. Honestly this experience has made me never want subway again.

Came in and waited a few minutes while the lady with the blue hair was taking her time making a sandwich and flirting with the one customer she had in there, after waiting a while she turned to us and said “it’s gonna be a couple of minutes, I have a few online orders I need to do”.. no problem, so we just went back to the car and watched her go back to talking to the guy not doing anything. Will skip this location next time
Terrible service. I can’t believe this place has such an incompetent and rude employee a girl with blue hair who clearly has no idea how to treat customers. Her attitude was awful from the moment we walked in. It’s embarrassing that management allows this kind of behavior in a business that relies on customer service

I normally don’t leave reviews, but the experience at this Subway location was the worst one. The woman with blue hair working behind the counter treated my family with an attitude from the moment the food was ordered.
A place that’s supposed to be quick, easy, and friendly felt tense and uncomfortable because of one employee who clearly didn’t want to be there or simply do not know how to treat customers.
The overall atmosphere was just terrible. Definitely not coming back to this location until Subway decides to hire staff who actually know what customer service is.

The lady working there her name was Autumn was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. She acted like making my sandwich was a huge inconvenience and talked to me with an attitude the entire time.

Terrible atención, I just went today, September 19, 2025, the local was totally empty, just two ladies employees, one of them was normally attending us, when the other lady started screaming at us and rushing us to take a order and got mad at us when we made a simple mistake of telling her the wrong sandwich size when we hadn’t even picked what sandwich we wanted to eat from the menu. Definitively worst service ever from a subway and won’t come back again to this place.

As we walked in..with two others in the lobby..an employee was clocking out..left one employee and he didn’t even clean up so we had to wait on that as well..took thirty minutes for two sandwiches..when I went to pay and tap I accidentally tipped $6 like why would subway even ask for tips!!! And I wasn’t going to even dare ask the guy to reverse the payment.
Although subway should get back with me and refund me.

The women working is named Autumn, and she made the entire situation extremely hostile and uncomfortable. We had to wait 10 minutes before we could order with no one else in the store, she then made a comment about my race because I didn’t know the name of a bread. She then proceeded to rudely tell me that I need to wait until after she’s done with toasting the sandwich to ask for mayo when she asked me “what all do you want on the sandwich?”. And when we ordered our sides of honey mustard she didn’t fill one up all the way and when I kindly asked if she would fill it all the way up she rudely said “the honey mustard is out so I’ll have to prep a whole nother container so yall can wait if you want” after slamming the honey mustard bottle on the counter and scoffing and rolling her eyes, and then walked to the back for literally 1 minute and came out with a thing of honey mustard. Overall it was a terrible experience and I genuinely don’t understand why you would get a job in food and customer service if you are going to be rude the entire time for absolutely no reason.

Employees are lack luster. Stingy, stingy , Stingy! on ingredients, no wonder the ingredients look awful. Use the ingredients on sandwiches, that’s what they are for.

Terrible experience. Ordered online at 8:26 and the system gave me an estimated availability time at 8:45 pm. Arrived at 8:44 pm and the order was not even prepared. While doing the sandwich, the status was changed to Ready!! Totally false!!! Just to trick the system to look like they delivered ontime!! If order online, be ready to wait!!
The place was clean especially the food prep area. Brandon was working and even took the time to acknowledge the customers that came in after me. Very polite and personable.
