This poor woman had a line of four people, plus two DoorDash drivers waiting to pick up an order. She was hurrying as fast as she could and kept apologizing, meanwhile this other idiot man stood behind her with ear pods in slicing meat. He finally realized she might NEED HELP and got started on the to go orders. Then I noticed the bread box looking scarce, so I asked if any Italian bread was still available. The idiot man said - “Oh. No, it will be awhile for that.” UMM Hello! Why not make that announcement out loud to the people standing in line in your lobby. Idiot. I feel bad for that woman working, she was doing the best she could. We had Chick-fil-A instead. Bye.

I have never had a bad experience here until today. When I walked in the store, the lady (heavy-set, dark hair, tattoos) did not welcome me in. When she came to start making my sandwich, she just blankly stared at me, not asking what I want. I had to greet her. This should never be the case if you are working in customer service. After she put the meat and cheese on my sandwich, she did not ask to toast the sandwich. I politely asked her to toast the sandwich and apologized and said that the staff normally asks. She rudely snapped at me and told me that they can only toast the sandwiches upon customer request. Before putting my sandwich in the toaster, she began helping another customer before she continued to help me. After she was done making my sandwich and assisting the other guest, I paid with a $20 bill. She slammed my change down in my hand causing the change to go everywhere. I should have not been treated this way as if I was "burdening" her. She welcomed everyone else in the store, except for me, and clearly acted like I was bothering her and then had the audacity to slam my change in my hand... I don't think so. I told her that she is extremely rude and that I would be filing a complaint. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. This treatment towards customers is unacceptable and I will never be coming back to this location. This lady needs to be fired or put on some sort of action plan.

the past 4 times i’ve ordered a sandwich for pick up or delivery it’s ALWAYS wrong. this just started a couple months ago. i try to call & the line is always “busy” or “out of service”. i’ve ordered multiple times bc I try to have faith in them, but tonight it was wrong again & they have lost my service. Even when I contact customer service they don’t give a refund. One of the times I ordered it was supposed to be ham turkey & bacon & they put roast beef on it????? like how do you even get that mixed up?? now tonight they forgot the bacon & my sandwich is COMPLETLY FLAT. My husband got a steak & cheese a few weeks ago & they didn’t even put the steak on it lol. They obviously do not care.

This location always has fresh bread! Talking with the staff is always a pleasure, and they are always ready to serve quickly and efficiently. The manager, Max (I'm sorry if I get his name wrong, I'm terrible with names. I dont read nametags) is great and his staff is wonderful. They do a great job keeping the restaurant clean and well stocked. The wonderful woman (who's name I embarrassingly cannot remember at the late hour im writing this) is friendly and I've seen her deal very well even with difficult or rude customers. Keep up the great work yall!Sincerely, the dude who comes in super late at night. ✌

I was very disappointe because of fact. they had food like cucumber that was old and slimy with mold on it. The spinach and pickles and tomatoes were also slimy and old. I tried inform the coworker with other customers behind me quietly their was mold growth on the cucumbers. in fact it was disgusting cause I tried to help he ignored me said it was fine. no it was I'm pregnant that can serious make someone sick.

Ordered through the app for delivery. Sandwiches were very sad and poor quality. Didn't get what we ordered. Tried calling the restaurant several times,couldn't get anyone to answer. Lesson learned, don't order delivery.

Pulled in front of the subway and then they turned off the lights at 9:37. They also saw me and still walked away. What horrible customer service!

Absolutely do not recommend this place at all. The employee who was working the evening shift on 8/23 has no customer service at all and clearly HATES his job. I am so sorry to inconvenience you by coming in to get a sandwich. The place was EMPTY and I understand why!!! I wished I looked at all these reviews before going there but definitely won’t be going back to this location. This subway location clearly doesn’t value customer service. I will be taking my business to the other location of 2978.

Ordered four sandwiches online. When we got them open there were barely any toppings on 3 of them (one was a meatball sub, so just meat and cheese.. no way to mess that up). Some toppings we had marked “extra” or “light” and it was the same across the board. One monster ($12) only had a tiny amount of sauce on one side like the bottle was empty, got one squirt, and the employee gave up. Barely any lettuce just in the middle of the sandwiches when we indicated “extra” because they are so stingy with the lettuce. I called and spoke to Cody, who said they were “uh, unusually busy?” and he would talk to his employee. I work nearby. I can see the empty parking lot. He was the only employee there when the order was picked up and he only had one customer. I told him it just takes a few minutes to restock and most people would be happy to wait an extra few to get their orders made right. He offered me nothing except to “talk to his employee” I hope he has a nice chat with himself. ? too bad I tipped online!

I deliver for doordash and I don't usually have a problem this bad I went into the restaurant to pick up two orders I waited 25 minutes there are two employees working there and no one else and all of the orders that are coming in online they're putting to the side and making the orders for the people that walk in instead of making the orders in the order that they come in I got the order to the second customer I picked up for she called in to the restaurant to make sure they received the order and one of the employees told her we will make it when we make it and was very rude to her whoever the owner of this franchise is needs to step up and do some corrective action and make sure that this store is properly staffed at all times I'm not the only one that had to wait there was another doordasher in front of me that waited 20 minutes and then a customer that came in to pick up his own food that was still there 10 minutes before I left
