I placed an order for 2 sandwiches online , the Fresh Fit but the website doesn't allow the avocado to be removed hen placing the order therefore I rushed to call and ask the employees not to add it but the number IS NOT IN SERVICE ... WTH!? AS incompetent the employee may be they can't really screw up a simple sandwich and since its the closest location to me I go back there but the fact you can't call to ask a simple request is ludicrous in this day and age. How is this location still operating when the most basic, a working phone isn't even working?? This SUBWAY is more than likely losing my business.

The food is fine, I usually DoorDash or go pick it up. Everytime I go in they’ll give me sides of vinegar. But everytime I order off DoorDash it’s a no? They don’t have the containers? I’m confused.

Ordered a tuna sub and a meatball sub via the subway app. Meatball sub was very good (5 star). Tuna sub had very little tuna and less tomatoes compared most other times (1 star). So this averages to 3 star performance.

ORDERED ONLINE AND CHECKED THE ORDER TWICE BEFORE SUBMITTING. WE RECEIVED THE ORDER AND IT WAS COMPLETELY WRONG, SANDWICHES LOOK LIKE THEY WERE JUST THROWN TOGETHER AND TO TOP IT ALL OF YOU CAN NOT EVEN GET THROUGH TO THEM ON THE PHONE.

I placed an online order for two sandwiches, expecting a quick and easy pickup — but it ended up taking over 40 minutes. The employees working were extremely slow and seemed disorganized, with no sense of urgency even as multiple customers waited. There was no communication or apology for the delay. I understand that things can get busy, but this was beyond reasonable. Definitely disappointed with the service at this location. Hire better staff.

This place needs to close down and start over, the staff are always rude and it takes over an hour from the time your order is confirmed before they start making your sandwich. I'm in the store now being told to wait while she makes more sandwiches for people coming in the store. Choose another location!!!!

The cheapest guy in this company ever Michael, he understands the menu as, a small bag of doritos with the smallest pieces of everything else that comes with the nachos, then he stpdly asked do you want to add something else ? Me yes please add a few banano peppers.... this guy ooooo I'm sorry I can't add banano peppers 🤦‍♂️then put whatever you want smart guy, after a 10 mints, I asked the lady works there if I can pay for few of banano peppers and she just hand it to my very gentle. Looks like this guy just came out of his darked room to the world, very cheap mind, your boss must love you a lot for saving pennis to his pocket, Michael be nice, is free

So I made order delivery online on their app
It was delivered from here and was missing a $7 sandwich out of the order
So after looking online it says to call the restaurant made the order
Calling the number not only on here but printed on their receipt and the number doesn't even exist...

Unfortunately this is the only location near me but it happing to often so I decided to post it, the employees are making sandwiches without right recipe or amount right amount of protein or vegetables, a footlong with a 4 tomatoes, or 4 cucumbers. Not recommended. Where is the lettuce. It Is a Skinny Sandwich.
