i hate the ai in the drive thru it makes me mad
Grabbed a burrito on way home. It's 455pm and I'm still sitting here. 9-10 employees in the back. Not one person at the front. And for 5 mins there was nobody making food. Everyone is in the back or walking around aimlessly. They're also wearing gloves but touching everything else that's not food related. Gross. The guy that finally decided to make the burrito was rude. I know it's Taco Bell and I don't expect much....but come on? The owner needs to be aware. Also a family of 4 pre-ordered and it's not ready. Someone just apologized to them and they've been waiting at least 10 minutes so far. With all these employees, preparing the food and customer service should be #1.
The manager here is not very good and needs training. Every time mess my order up and give me cold fries and when confronted about wasting my time he turn he's back and walks away
It's the worst taco bell in the woodlands, by far. Back when they had breakfast, it was almost impossible to order. Hey, figusta potato breakfast burrito with extra egg. It would take me like five times and they would still get it wrong
Why switch the drive through person for AI ? Its impersonal and impractical, went there and had a very long line because of it. When pulled up struggled to order what I needed. Just pay people for their work.

manager or employee who was scheduled night shift 4/9 was rude and unprofessional
Closed the lobby extremely early at 9:45 pm instead of 10:00pm and the woman that was scheduled today 4/9 was extremely rude and offered no assistance when I went through the drive through, she refused to take my pick up order and made me go all the way around in the back of the line for no reason
They avoid communication at the front counter as much as possible, and when you finally get them to speak to you, they treat you like an inconvenience. They're all pretty miserable people by the look of it

Went through drive-thru to order food. After I got home and unwrapped my items I realized there were rat droppings in my quesadillas. Needless to say, I had to throw everything away.
Prices higher, quality lower in my opinion
Very lousy. Every time I go there, there is always an issue. They always forget something. Usually I don’t care that much but it is every single time now and I always see them laughing and chatting when giving me the food which makes me believe that they’re not even paying attention. i get that people get stressed out and make mistakes by accident. we’ve all been there. you can just tell by their constant goofing off is that it is out of pure laziness. especially since it is every single time i go there. many times there’s also something down whether it’s the drink machine, credit card machine, you name it, or all of times that they are out of meat like chicken or beef. Wasted money on a mobile order after being told they’re only accepting cash. Now I do not have enough money for food because I’m a broke college student and the app said my refund will not hit for 2-3 business days. It is just getting ridiculous at this point. I’ve been going to college here for 3 years now and I don’t think that I’ve had a great experience here in like 2 years. If any of you enjoy dealing with all of this, then this is the place to go!
Ordered through a computer food has gone down hill
Somebody here is severely incompetent or can't read. Every other time I order doordash from this place they mess up my cheese quesadillas by putting chicken in them. How hard is it to NOT do that good lord. The worst part is it's not even salvageable because they put 90% chicken and 10% sauce and cheese. So I'm literally getting nothing if I pick the chicken out. Only order here if you enjoy gambling
