We drove up to the drive thru and the kids working here had car that looked like it crashed into the drive thru window, several trucks with brights on outside the restaurant and a kid waiting for friends to let him in the locked door. We drove through the drive thru and the kids working there this evening, were speaking non-sensical gibberish through the speaker so we decided to go to what a burger instead. I feel like they should have at least one adult working late nights that has a sense of professionalism. Thanks for nothing TB.

I went through the drive-through today and was told to pull forward because my food wasn’t ready. I waited over 20 minutes and no one ever brought it out. I had to get down myself, and when I asked, an employee gave me an attitude. This was supposed to be drive-through pickup, and the experience was really disappointing.

There are no menus displayed in the lobby any more. I waiting at the counter for 15 min while employees disregarded me waiting there. A god awful alarm kept sounding off for 15 seconds at a time while we tried to eat. Might as well close the lobby down.

Average Taco Bell
Out shopping and needed something quick and CHEAP to eat. Well Taco Bell for the win. Lots of budget options and this was probably the best Taco Bell I've been to in a while. Food was hot and fresh and they did not skimp on the meat. Meat is important. Lol.
I was surprised to see that for a limited time they are offering chicken tenders on the menu. I was skeptical because of the price but decided to go ahead and give them a try. I am glad I did. Those chicken tenders had the crunch, the freshness, and the flavor. Will definitely be back for more of those.

Nah yall play to much
The 2 ladies working the window tonight were absolute sweethearts and definitely deserve a raise!! Accidentally got the wrong order (total human mistake given they have probably been working all day long) and they went above and beyond when they realized the mishap.
For a Taco Bell, this place is friendly, service is great, and they don't chump on your portions. It is still Taco Bell, but the stars are for the quality of service, speed, and the over all experience.

I had the worst experience with the manager Hilda. She gave me an attitude for a basic question. Poor service, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

ordered food before 4 arrived at 4:20 and food still wasn’t ready, so the person at the window told me to go get in the back of the drive-threw and then it would be ready once i got back up the window. then she tired telling me that my order wasn’t here and I didn’t place my order at this location once showing that my order was infact placed here I still had to wait.

I go to this Taco Bell often, past couple of times I have went they have screwed up my order. They cannot seem to get their burritos in order. If someone orders a Steak they get Beef. Good thing I’m able to eat Beef. Very disappointing. Whoever is in charge needs to monitor their staff and service better.

So I used to eat at this. Taco bell probably way too much. Taco bell as a whole is making changes to be less qaguest friendly. There app is dumb. Why do I order and then it a totally different menu need to confirm it? And with all the changes there is a lot less interesting decor. It is becoming more plan.
