Normally wouldn’t do a 1 star… but man this is not a great experience. 1st in the only car in line, they have me pull off once I pay and they proceed to take just under 20 minutes to bring the food out… mind you 1 taco and 1 cheese quesadilla… the quesadilla, was cold, upon opening it, no melted cheese at all, I drive back and request a remake, keep in mind this basic meal now costs just under $12 bucks now. They make a new one…. X2 is made wrong, they did it with chicken, I drive around again, x3 quesadilla again it’s hardly warm and cheese, shredded inside the food not melted, worker said “idk man it was in the machine, it should be warm”… ok guy thanks for the “shoulda been” Long story short, the workers appear extremely lazy here, the food sucked, and I get it they probably make shitty money but this place has lost my business.

It's gross roach infested. I used to work there and manager didn't listen to my requests. It's gross food poorly made. Disgusting and smeels really bad outside. In the back it's Harley cleaned. And the pans are covered in rubbery grease build up. I insist not eating here.

Horrible, the worst taco bell I've ever been too. the service is awful, the employees don't know what they're doing, and the management act like they don't wanna do they're job. you have to wait literally anytime you order anything for more than 15 minutes, and if you dont, its something thats premade, been sitting out, and stale by the time you get it something needs to be done.

This is quite literally the worst place to eat in magnolia. If you order here you should really rethink your life. Nothing is ever made on time, door dashing or Uber or anything is a nightmare. Personally I decline all order that come through this store. You couldn't pay me enough to take an order from this store anymore. Constant mis management of time and awareness. Food doesn't get ordered properly so constantly out. Bathroom is always out of order probably where they cook your food by the judge of these people. Hopefully the new one further down 1488 won't be so bad but I doubt it. Stop ordering here so they can go out of business like they deserve

We moved here and decided to get KFC for our kids over McDonalds this time. Big mistake, that was. I ordered in the drive-thru and paid. I was then asked to pull forward to the side, and they'd bring my order out to me. Mind you, zero cars were behind me, and another didn't come through for several minutes, at least! I waited outside for 25 minutes before walking inside to ask about my food, only to be told they're waiting for the nuggets to finish... I'm sorry, but nuggets take maybe 6-8 minutes, not 25 minutes! I waited another 5 minutes to receive my food, for everything to be cold when we got home. It's just a 5 minute drive.. Yikes... In all, we haven't returned and don't plan on it. I wish I could rate 0 stars... They don't even deserve the 1 star...
