We ordered 5 total items and this location didn’t have the right rockstar refresca so they simply replaced it with a different drink and didn’t say anything but rather acted like I didn’t know what I ordered. Also I ordered a quesarito with steak no seasoned beef and they gave me a steak and sauce only burrito…no rice, no queso, just steak, tortilla, sour cream, and creamy jalapeño sauce….again said nothing and just acted like I didn’t know what I ordered, but it was right there on the receipt and ticket. They get 2 food stars because the Gatorade, basic Crunchwrap, and nacho cheese taco were correct. Atmosphere was a basic clean Taco Bell.

I went through the drive-through today and was told to pull forward because my food wasn’t ready. I waited over 20 minutes and no one ever brought it out. I had to get down myself, and when I asked, an employee gave me an attitude. This was supposed to be drive-through pickup at a FAST FOOD restaurant. And they still got my order wrong after they gave it to me. This place needs new management asap.

12/05/25...Went buybthis location today with the hooes of they had gotten there shit togther finally...nope...1:30 p.m. on a friday...no one in line or in restraunt...asked for a luxe box ....They did not have any of the ingridients to make tacos....or the boxes.....This place needs new management and a new franchise owner....the tacobell in tomball akway full and ooen 24 hours.....tacobell corporate time to get involved.....@Tacobell

Out of soap in the men's bathroom. Guess employees aren't washing their hands either if that's the case. Out of multiple sodas, napkins had to be asked for. Must be owned by the same people that run the Pizza Hut next door. So sick of the businesses in old Magnolia run by the worst kind of people.

Didn’t get some of our order and called about the issue and no one would answer and the tacos tasted horrid.
Normally wouldn’t do a 1 star… but man this is not a great experience. 1st in the only car in line, they have me pull off once I pay and they proceed to take just under 20 minutes to bring the food out… mind you 1 taco and 1 cheese quesadilla… the quesadilla, was cold, upon opening it, no melted cheese at all, I drive back and request a remake, keep in mind this basic meal now costs just under $12 bucks now. They make a new one…. X2 is made wrong, they did it with chicken, I drive around again, x3 quesadilla again it’s hardly warm and cheese, shredded inside the food not melted, worker said “idk man it was in the machine, it should be warm”… ok guy thanks for the “shoulda been” Long story short, the workers appear extremely lazy here, the food sucked, and I get it they probably make shitty money but this place has lost my business.

Management is awful I watched him storm around and bark orders at the teenagers working there, who are doing there best given the conditions there forced to work in.
