Trying another local joint. This little hole in the wall is definitely closer to back home(956 RGV/MX border). It has a small menu and a handful of tables to sit at but totally worth it. The flavor on their meat is top notch and the street tacos are filled to the brim. We ate, sang along to the tejano music, drank Mexican Cokes and watched the older lady behind the counter make tortillas from scratch. Very friendly staff, clean, and the salsa is actually spicy(that's a first so far up here). We will definitely be back.

The food is authentic Mexican food, not Tex-Méx. The machetes are made fresh to order so the corn masa is crispy when you bite it but soft in the middle. It's definitely a go to for fast authentic Mexican food!

The food here is good. I order to go about once or twice a month. My review is how gloves are used when it comes to food. I witnessed sitting outside my car waiting on my food with the same gloves the girls fixing their hair, grabbing their car keys & going outside, handling the register counter & gloves were never changed. Almost makes me rethink returning here. SMH

I come here couple of times a week to get my breakfast fix. Ive tried hundreds of taquerias in my time. This is top 3 places to eat breakfast. I haven't tried there lunch, but if its close to breakfast its good to. I always get 3 fajita tacos, and every time they are delicious ?

The salsa as well is cold and doesn't tatse the same. Everything is cold now and does not taste fresh like it use to. Very VERY disappointing.
