THEY'RE CLOSED!!!! Awesome food but only open for catering and special events, so call before you head up there and get your heart broken!

Love the food truck options and the crazy drinks! I had the Elvis Old Fashioned with peanut butter whiskey. Coupled with a pickle pizza with white sauce from the food truck. Amazing! Fun atmosphere too. Recommend!

With various food trucks and drinks available daily, Deacon Baldy's is a date night must.

Some of the food is good, but they need more food truck variety. I have asked food truck owners I know "why don't you go to this Bald Deacon place..?" Because they have asked and Baldy never replies to their requests... Me thinks there must be some special buddy system going on here, hence the lack of variety. Anyway, I'll come back when I see some sort of truck rotation. Dude, there's like 10,000 food trucks in Houston. Shuffle the list around. Probably too much rent, food truck owners have to charge $$$ for tiny portions. Like everyone says, eat somewhere else like Popeye's then pop in for a quick beer.

Totally gone down hill! It was decent a few months ago but now it's just so much work for mediocre service and okay food. Will not come back literally just go next door to Popeyes and call it a day.

We have been to Deacon Baldy's multiple times and even though the food is good (except Barbecue is always sold out and closed) we probably will not go back. We are dog lovers but each time we have been there, big dogs are barking and growling at each other. They are all over the place (on a leash) but the owners let them walk up to you while you are eating. There are little kids playing all around, having fun and running up to these big dogs that have been barking and growling. It would take only one child not being watched and one bad tempered dog to create a really bad situation. I would think the liability is not worth the cool factor. It seems the animal experience is taking over the paying customer experience,

We came here on a Sunday and it was busy. Mostly Dad's having a few beers letting the kids and dogs run around. A Great beer selection and even got a free root beer because it was the last of it. Friendly bartenders. We tried two different food trucks. I tried the American Lobster and Seafood truck and ordered the Lobster Roll. It was very good but not filling. Basically, a few bites for $20. We also ordered from the BBQ Godfather. We ordered 3 meats. Ribs, brisket and sausage. All very basic. I've had better in Texas and this is coming from a New Yorker. The guy in the truck also seemed stressed and unhappy. Overall, I found the food to be overpriced and basic. I would come back and try other trucks.

I moved from the Heights to the burbs and have been looking for some outdoor places to chill and take the kids- this is it! A few food trucks (apparently in rotation), covered patio eating, and a place for my kid to play around within my watchful eye. They have great beer on tap, great food on rotation, and an amazing ambiance. Can't go wrong!

We came here around 2 o'clock and went to shake you up milkshake bar and it was amazing!!! I got the banana fo fana and it was delicious! it's also animal friendly (that includes big dogs) and has a great friendly environment!

This is one of my favorite places to ride the Harley to with the wife and get great food, big beer selection and overall great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Super fun joint right outside The Woodlands. Beers, games and food trucks in an open-air venue. Great for families. Great for football watching!

With roughly half a dozen food trucks to choose from, give or take, and countless drinks on tap, alcoholic and non, Deacon B's is more an oasis than an ice house. Moreover, the folks here are family-oriented and tied into the community. You can see kids running around and having a good time, but not getting into trouble or in anybody's way. People bring their dogs to hang out with them and enjoy a bowl of water. My wife and I split a meaty pie from Dizzy Pizza and a juicy patty melt from a burger truck (can't remember the name). It was all more than indulgent and extremely gratifying. We waited an hour or so then had decadent shakes from Shake U Up. I had a Banana Fo Fana which included a whole Twinkie and an entire chocolate dipped frozen banana. She had a very involved chocolate-peanut butter shake. We eventually left, ready for a midday Saturday nap. We can't wait to go back.

I don't live around here so I'm not familiar with the area. I found a BBQ food truck on yelp while searching for a place for lunch and it happened to be parked here. What a cool place! There were several food trucks and a covered area with picnic tables with buckets of napkins. The covered area also had a full bar with a large beer selection on tap, darts, tvs, corn hole, fans, heaters and there was even a putting green beside it. The patio was surrounded by astroturf where people had blankets on the ground for picnics with the kids. Also very dog friendly. Fun place for adults, pets and kids. The whole vibe was like a backyard BBQ. Relaxed and fun. I'll make the drive to go visit this place again.

OMG!!!! The best Greek food I have ever had. Meat was so tender and the flavor is exceptional. Highly recommend the gyro and fried mushrooms. Mushrooms are sliced and fried, not greasy. Will follow this truck.
