The food and the place is great. The only thing is that we did not know they closed at 8p on a Wednesday. So we got there (my friend and I) at 6:30p we had a glass of wine ordered food, but when I asked for another glass of wine (8:10p) I was told they were closing for the day, so I had to rush my food and leave, through the patio door. We were sitting at the bar and I wish the bartender would at least have asked if we wanted another drink or something, maybe at 7:45? “Heads...
Crab cakes were frozen waitress admits. Shouldn't have even gotten that. Lapse of judgement. Food was mediocre at best. Bacon cheese macaroni was watery. I let my Brazilian girlfriend choose the restaurant as it was “close to her place”.
The Strawberry Lemon Drop I had was refreshing. The bruschetta was pretty nice, and the waitress recommended to try it with a side of goat cheese and I t did add a good twist to it. Also the TRG Top Chop was very juicy & tender. Definitely loved the maple syrup & creole mustard dipping sauce for the pork chop, and the grilled asparagus was tasty. If I had to say something , I’d wish there were more than three asparagus’s!
