The Toasted Yolk Cafe

2nd weekend in a row (I had to visit). I was craving their bloody Mary all week.

Aaron, our sever was superb, very attentive and professional and provided great recommendations.

Troy, the Manager is fantastic. Always checking in on everyone. Last week, he recommended the churro donuts and country fried steak.... both were very good.

We'll l be back.

I usually enjoy trying new breakfast spots. When we passed by the Toasted Yolk, the parking lot was full. A pretty good indication of what’s in store.

Fortunately we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Unfortunately it took over ten minutes for our server to acknowledge us.

I ordered eggs, bacon, hash brown casserole, and French toast. Cyndi had her usual scrambled egg and English muffin.

The coffee was tasty but served in a cup with lipstick on it. We never got the orange juice we ordered.

The French toast was thin, like a regular piece of white bread. Nothing special about it. The hash brown casserole was flavorless.

While the decor is pretty and the vibe local, the noise level was much too high for us to enjoy our meal. I don’t like eating where I feel rushed to leave to get some peace.

Been there, done that. And won’t do it again.

Wonderful attentive and friendly waitstaff! The food is amazing and the prices are comparable to other places ?. They cook bacon to the perfect crispness! Can you ask for more?!

Parking: Lots of parking, but this place is SO GOOD that during normal meal times, they are pretty packed! Opt to go a little early or a little late!

Really delicious food, Delightful, friendly and efficient servers. Very clean, Sports on TVs. Large portions (we will share next time). Counter seating, tables, and booths. We are looking forward to returning here frequently!

This is one of a few places I come back to regularly. It is always a good experience with the food to back it up. The portions on the menu look small but they are not. The menu items are very good and I felt that every ingredient chosen for my plate was deliberate and innovative.

I have always got good food here in the morning. I don't recommend getting breakfast here in the afternoon. biscuits were cold and not fresh, bacon was dry like it was cooked in the morning. cheesy grits were not good, I think the cheese went back to Wisconsin. when McDonalds best their food quality is sad. sad part is this was my favorite cafe. stay away from afternoon breakfast, two thumbs down.

Aesthetically nice clean and roomy. Even the music is a good addition to the ambience. The diversity was extraordinary. Original menu items. No copy and paste here. The food was beautiful and hot and tasty. Had the brisket scramble. The portions were excellent. Highly recommend. The service was wonderful. Top notch.

Great service, so friendly and very attentive. They have lots of variety in food and drinks but wish it had more variety for the kids with fun food and drinks just because it grabs kids attention. But my daughter loved and finished all her food and the manager was kind enough to make her a cute fun drink. We will definitely be back with the rest of my family. Me and my daughter were only here because she was given a free breakfast coupon from school for her birthday so decided to bring her for a girl day. Thank you so much!

Really short wait even though the restaurant was packed on a Sunday morning. Staff was attentive and even made off menu items like chicken & waffles. Food was all prompt and great as well
