Bulgogi. Rice. Cheese. Coffee. My grandmother used to tell me stories about the old days, a time of peace when the brick and mortor restaurants kept balance between "meh" food and great food. But that all changed when the year 2020 attacked. Only a true chef could master all four food groups. Only they could stop the suffering of peoples taste buds. A few years passed, and my wife and I discovered Trendy AF and the amazing chef named Vivian. Although her food truck is just starting out, the menu is delicious and worth the drive. We believe Trendy AF can save the world.
The owner is always super friendly and social. Always makes me feel like I'm talking to a close friend or family! I've always been wary about food truck food but hers have NEVER failed me, it always hits the spot! I bring my friends and family over every time!

The loaded fries were really good and even though I don't like cheese especially the the sampler that had a combination of dumplings, chicken, and egg rolls.Definitely would recommend.

We ordered the sampler and Fries and neither plate disappointed. The fries come with a special queso she makes witch is great. The dumplings are crispy on the outside with a juicy center. My husband loved the spicy popcorn chicken; flavorful with a slight kick. The egg rolls are beyond delicious I am obsessed with them - crispy and light with just the right amount of filling. Go visit Vivian - her food truck is the best in that whole little park.
