I was really excited when this Wendy’s first opened up near our home. Unfortunately this is consistently the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. I have been to this location about 6 times, hoping each time would be better than the last. I just want a normal tasting Wendy’s meal. I have finally come to accept that this Wendy’s location’s food will probably never be good.

As typical process they messed up on their order. Had no concerns whatsoever about it. Basically just kind of dismissed me as if they were the customer. So I filed a complaint with corporate and they had the audacity to say. Well you know what we are. Sorry go ahead and download our app and we'll give you a credit of x amount. Really?.... There's nothing personable anymore. It all has to do with sales. Yes download our app so we can show the world. We've got so many people who downloaded our app.... Unbelievable!

First, let me say Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant but this particular location. I think it may be new and they don't really know how to work the system yet because I visit twice and both times my food was subpar

This is just awful. Fries so salty they’ll give you kidney stones. Chicken nuggets so crusty they’ll shatter your teeth. I really want to like this place, but maybe I went on a bad day.

This was not just bad service — it was an outright disaster. I visited Wendy’s today and experienced what can only be described as a complete breakdown of customer service, professionalism, and basic operational competence.
After waiting for 10 minutes, I was casually told “order will be ready shortly” after standing around for a total of 20 minutes, I was told “we’re now preparing your order.” So what exactly was happening for the previous 20 mins? Absolutely nothing. No communication, no accountability, no respect for customers’ time.
The employees were dismissive, poorly trained, and acted like they couldn’t care less. No apology. No urgency. Just blank stares and robotic responses. It was inexcusable, unprofessional, and flat-out unacceptable.
This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a symptom of a location completely lacking leadership, training, and standards. If corporate or local management has even the slightest concern for the Wendy’s brand, they need to audit this store immediately and retrain or replace the staff.
This experience was insulting, infuriating, and a total embarrassment to what should be a reputable restaurant. I will never return, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to steer clear of this location until serious action is taken.

The manager stands around, made the poor girl cry that’s trying to work the counter, she put orders in right wasn’t her fault at all but they gave us freezing cold food, singles on bunch of double burgers not once, twice, but three times. Food still all cold. Chicken sandwich had hair and was soggy just sitting on the counter for long time. No gloves on, drops fries put them back in. DISGUSTING.

This Wendy's somehow always gets my order wrong. From the simplist things like Xtra honey butter all the way to giving me 3 wrong sandwhiches. I like the food, im just annoyed every time I go because my order is ALWAYS I MEAN ALWAYS wrong.

Mike was so great! I pulled up for breakfast right before they stopped serving, and he was just so sweet and accommodating! Great attitude, and ensured we got some yummy fresh breakfast! People like Mike make such a difference, he really started my day with some great vibes! :)
