Update one bad experience with waiting in line for over 45 minutes to get simple burger but recently I have to give them a second try and they had definitely provided Awesome customer service seems like they are trying to keep place clean but keep in mind Customers are not enjoy walking into a store smelling like fabuloso

They left me waiting just for take my order, then they charged for another thing that I don't ask for, I wasted my time, there was few people at the place and there were a lot of people in the kitchen and nobody taking orders

I'm a breakfast burrito junkie and have a 17 year history of patronizing this Whataburger. Lately I have had an annoyance that is only getting worse. As I said, I am a breakfast burrito junkie. I always order the same 2- sausage egg and cheese occasionally a third. I also always ask for salt and extra napkins because the cheese drips out the bottom end if it's hot and fresh. Apparently, you need to educate your staff what extra means. After requesting at my ordering, when paying and then asking when my order was passed to me I was assured it had extra napkins. That is plural for your high school English drop outs. One napkin for two burritos is not in any way extra. Keep it up and I will be a former near 20 year customer because this trend has been getting worse Everytime I go there. It used to be daily.

Worst Coffeey ever!!! Especially when this tb the place to grab a good middle of the road coffee.. Nope erase that!

This location always serves old food and takes over 30 minutes to deliver it. There is nothing fast about this restaurant. I’ve given it three times and will never go back, it’s terrible.
