I don't come here for gourmet food, I come here because the service is usually good and I can get through the drive thru in a timely manner. Today was none of those things.
There were 3 cars including myself in drive thru and it took forever to get my items. Then when we got to the window there were 3 or 4 teenagers arguing over dirty water and I was handed my items and then the window shut before I could let them know they had forgot an item. The kid at the window didn't say a word and kept arguing with his co workers. All the time an odker lady who I assume is the manager just stood there.
Then when I went to leave a customer was blocking the drive thru and arguing with an employee about not getting his food. Not a good experience for a simple thing like fast food

My family eats here multiple times a month and has had a great experience each time! Friendly staff, clean, nice atmosphere, and yummy food! Just recently placed an online order and completely forgot to add a drink, called them and spoke to Jalisma one of the managers and she took care of it for me! Super sweet and very helping. Thank you so much!!

Place mobile order. Drink were brought out and told they were waiting by for the fries…… under cooked fries, soggy fries, warmish fries…. Don’t think it was a waiting for fries issue
