Found a piece of a plastic bristle from a brush i think in my daughters kids burger . They were kind enough to give a free meal for the next time i come but, im just not comfortable anymore. Use this as your reminder to always check your kids food !

Thought I mobile ordered to this location turns out it was one 6 miles away. They were fast and friendly to reorder and make the food. The manager and staff were very friendly and courteous.

Come here often since we live down the street and every time it’s so pleasant. Bella helped me tonight and was incredibly helpful and made sure that everything was perfect on our order. Bella you are awesome thank you for making it a great meal!

Mushroom Swiss is a No.No... as if I was eating salt. I couldn't taste anything from it other than salt. I had a headache after eating it because of too much salt. I regretted spending $14.60 on that. I will never buy it again.. Gush.

I’ve been here at least 20 times. Whataburger is great cause it’s the same Everytime. Why when I’ve been before. When I’ve used your App (as a business you want us to use this. This means we order more often aka spend more money). So my question I is why before when I would order (after 10pm so I can use the drive thru) and the drive-thru attendant would say pull to the 2nd lane and we will bring it out. Amazing yes this is how online orders work. I get my food hot and ready and I beat the drive thru line. So tell me why the last at least 5 times I’ve been I picking up my food including tonight that I wait behind another car that obviously has a drive thru order they made at the store. Then I come up an I tell my name and they automatically hand me my food and drink no telling how long it’s been sitting there. Also to add, the car in front of me was at the window at least 10 mins that’s being generous. When I get my food my fries are cold. And not sure on my sandwich but I heat it all up in the microwave when I get home (I live 5 mins away). Whataburger whoever the owner is of this store you should be appalled that I came home and had to microwave your food. That’s embarrassing just saying. You’re know for freshness. Please tell your people that if it’s an Online order to have them pull up in the extra lane ( the lane you made extra for some reason) then bring their food out. Thanks

It's Whataburger! Head and shoulders over Jack-In-The-Box, McDonald's, or Burger King. A Texas standard for a long time for very good reason. It is getting expensive, but so are all of the fast food places. It is the only one left that is worth going to.

Was there about 7pm ordered a specialty burger without onions. The wait for the food was about 15 minutes, and it had onions. The store was clean.
