Amazing experience!! We dined in and the place was clean, young gentlemen at the register had great customer service, food was fresh! While we were eating sweet lady made sure to check on us several times making sure we didn’t need anything, and was clearing our trash. We will definitely be back!! This was on 7/29/24 around 9 pm

This is the second time I have prepaid order at least 2 hours prior to pickup at this location. For the second time, I had to wait over 20 mins for my order to be ready. Both times, my order was not started until I walked in to pick up. In my opinion this site is not well supervised and orders are not Filled per time ordered. When I got home I realized my order was incomplete and did not receive my fries that I paid for. This Location has to provide better service to sustain in this growing area.

This wingstop never has your order on the estimated time. The workers are always in a state of chaos no matter when you come in. It always seems unorganized and kids running it with no one really to be in charge. We came in for our order and they said it wasn’t ready. We were way over the estimated time because we know by now, but after waiting for 15 min we see our bag with our name just sitting on the shelf. Ugh. Cold and all.
