Came across this gem at the Way South Food truck park as they are a new addition. 100% would recommend to anyone willing to eat something that you can tell was made with a lot of love.
The boudin batter is super crispy and so flavorful with the remoulade that comes with it. The red beans and rice is out of this world as well.
You cannot go wrong here! Absolutely some of the best Cajun food I’ve had in town by miles. Boudin balls are absolutely to die for and their Cajun Alfredo sauce is truly one of the best I’ve ever had.
Owners are extremely friendly cannot recommend enough. Comfort food to the max

I can’t believe I’ve taken so long to review this place, but I first visited at their opening, and I was sold! Their Cajun food is hands down the best I’ve gotten here in the town (especially the boudin balls!). The brisket on the fries is so delicious; well seasoned and smoked to perfection! The chicken sandwiches are also great…the desserts are made from scratch. There’s really nothing here I don’t like AND the owners are super friendly and down to earth. You can tell they really take pride in their work because it comes out in the quality of their food. I highly recommend checking them out!
Kid-friendliness: There’s a little park nearby, and for food, my little one loves their chicken tenders!

Kid-friendliness: The playground at Way South is fantastic and Blast Cups now has a kids meal option.

We had brisket, the dill breaded chicken sandwich, gumbo, and boudin balls. No doubt we know after the first bite this was legit Cajun food. The gumbo is full of melded flavors with just the right tingle of Cajun spice. The boudin balls are perfectly crispy rice and sausage inside are moist and savory. The brisket is lean and moist and NOTHING was greasy or fatty. The dill breaded chicken sandwich is crispy and juicy. If you add a squeeze of lemon to it, it takes it to another level. The cake cups are fun and great for kids. The owners are kind, helpful, and good folks. Great stuff!

I love this food truck! They have a variety of options to be creative with your fries. The chicken sandwich is so tasty with their seasoning, and fresh with the toppings (lettuce, tomato). I absolutely love their cake cups. The cake is always so moist and I love all the options you can choose to personalize your cake! Their mangonada is so unique as they use Philadelphia ice which make it taste smooth and creamy, with a slight crunch. I'd definitely recommend checking them out.
Kid-friendliness: My friend joined me to grab some food here and they made a kids chicken nuggets and fries. It was so nice of them to accommodate.
Only place that opens. Luckily it’s pretty good. 5 stars for being the only place other than the coffee shop that keeps their hours. Wish you all the success for caring about your business.
