It's fine. If you don't eat pork or beef, you're pretty much SOL. You've got one choice, and it's a chile relleno burrito for $10. It's ok, but I've had those plenty in West Texas and NM, and this doesn't really compare. No crispiness in the batter, and no salsa provided. When asked for salsa, they gave me a literal thimble's worth in a to-go ramekin. It didn't even fill up the ramekin halfway. Overall, pretty meh.

Very friendly folks and good food. I do wish the flautas with the ground beef were a bit larger, though tasty. The brisket flautas were very tasty but wish I could taste the red sauce a bit more given how bold of a flavor brisket has by nature. I could not taste the red sauce much.
The loaded fry dish was a but dissapointing, not much going on there flavorwise.

Firstly very friendly service by the ladies at the food truck. The Flautas were great and I would come back for more. Very fresh, very crispy and well done. The accompanying sauce had a great flavor and you could easily let it run on the Flautas. Very reasonable pricing as well. Definitely a good truck to order from while in the Easton Park food truck park.

Vegetarian options: They don't have specifically labelled vegetarian options but they have vegetarian flautas and their number six is vegetarian. They are willing to modify what they have on the menu to make it vegetarian.
Kid-friendliness: They make modifications to their menu items to make them kid friendly,if your kid wants something that's not on the menu, and they have the stuff to make it, they will.
