How are there not 12 of these trucks all over south Austin?
Easily, easily, the best fried pork cutlets I've had since I myself worked at a Katsu curry place. Different style, but just as delicious. Sorely needed this.

Food is amazing and unique, lots of cool flavor combos 👍 the owner is super nice! Gave us some free fried mozzarella (not on menu yet) and it was absolutely amazing. We’ll definitely be back to try more, the food is really well seasoned + the prices are super fair!!

The vibes were 10/10 from the very beginning. I had the Buffaloin and wow - incredible! The owner, Mike, came out and chatted with us and went above and beyond. You can tell that he puts his heart and soul into this venture. Very reasonably priced, quick service, friendly faces. I am looking forward to the next time so I can try something new!

Edit: Based on how unprofessional their response is you can see how they would probably treat you as a customer too.
And yes everything still said open until 8pm. Haven’t heard of a restaurant closing bc of a bit of light rain either.

We love love love this food truck! Sooooooooooooo yummyyyyyyyyyyy(THE BURGERSSSSS😋), so many options and very affordable. Mike is so welcoming every time we come. We had my baby’s first birthday party here and it was such a success!! We have been going to the football games they’ve been hosting (Longhorns🤘🏼) with smores and good vibes!!

I arrived to Way South Food Park on an empty stomach and desperately in need of a cheeseburger. Schnitzy’s delivered. The fries and meat are well seasoned, nothing was soggy or cold despite taking my food home, and a drink came with my meal since I ordered during their lunch special hours. I don’t think I’ve ever put away a burger that quick. The kicker? 10 bucks. The gentleman running this truck is cool and for the people. He gave me the rundown of his business and elaborated on all their food options, which there are plenty of. Lovely people, fantastic food.

One of the most unique food trucks in Austin. Their portions are large and they frequently have some pretty cool deals depending on the days of the week and time of the year. Also Mike is an absolute delight, it’s awesome to see how passionate he is about the food and bringing something unique to Austin. Worth a trip, bring your friends and kids.
