I arrived to Way South Food Park on an empty stomach and desperately in need of a cheeseburger. Schnitzy’s delivered. The fries and meat are well seasoned, nothing was soggy or cold despite taking my food home, and a drink came with my meal since I ordered during their lunch special hours. I don’t think I’ve ever put away a burger that quick. The kicker? 10 bucks. The gentleman running this truck is cool and for the people. He gave me the rundown of his business and elaborated on all their food options, which there are plenty of. Lovely people, fantastic food.

Omg! The food here is beyond amazing! I had the chicken alohog and the chicken garlic Parmesan, the portions are very generous the season fries are delicious and the owner is so nice and friendly! You can tell he pours his heart and hard work in his food truck, I will be coming at any opportunity I get! I strongly recommend it!! The place is also kid and pet friendly! Love it here! It’s my new favorite place now!

One of our favorite food trucks. The owner is incredibly passionate about creating a delicious meal for everyone who dines at his truck. He’s always friendly to the kids who are playing on the playground nearby. The garlic parm fries are a messy, goopy pile of perfection. The dole whip is delicious. If you bring your kids, Mike can always whip something up for them if you just ask him to. 10/10!!

We went to Schnitzy's last night based on a suggestion by a friend, and I can easily say it was one of the best food experiences we've had in awhile.
We got The Gabagool and the Garlic Parm Fries with a bowl of Pineapple Dole Whip to go.
Both dishes were perfectly cooked and very flavorful with massive portions to share. Great price to food ratio.
The owner was extremely friendly, accommodating, and attentive. You could feel his passion for his food, and everything had this level of "wow" factor that you wouldn't expect from a brick and mortar location; much less a food truck.
Needless to say, we'll absolutely be back again, especially to check out his Secret Menu!
