One of our favorite food trucks. The owner is incredibly passionate about creating a delicious meal for everyone who dines at his truck. He’s always friendly to the kids who are playing on the playground nearby. The garlic parm fries are a messy, goopy pile of perfection. The dole whip is delicious. If you bring your kids, Mike can always whip something up for them if you just ask him to. 10/10!!

We went to Schnitzy's last night based on a suggestion by a friend, and I can easily say it was one of the best food experiences we've had in awhile.

We got The Gabagool and the Garlic Parm Fries with a bowl of Pineapple Dole Whip to go.

Both dishes were perfectly cooked and very flavorful with massive portions to share. Great price to food ratio.

The owner was extremely friendly, accommodating, and attentive....

I loved the cáprese sandwich, so much flavor paired with amazing fries.the owner mike is definitely passionate about his food and his customer service.He also gave me a free sample of the pineapple dole whip which was super yum.highly recommend!
