i tried to call twice for an issue in my order but got sent straight to voicemail when i picked the option to speak with a team leader. i was only missing a damn brownie and i just want a refund on that. plus the hi-c had no flavor at all just plain water with the red dye. it be a hit or miss with this location

Went inside to pick up my order stood over in the pick up section. No one came to help me or ask what I needed after like 5-10. A lady called out a name and handed the customer his order but still did not acknowledge me. So I went in line and received my order. I asked for a drink carrier as I have coffee and my own personal drink from earlier that morning. She said she wasn’t able to give me one as I had to have more than two drinks. When I got home my order was wrong and I wasn’t able to eat it due to an allergy and they gave me the wrong bun even though I ordered the gluten free one. So I spoke to a someone and asked to speak to a manager and she said all I had to do was do a google review and refused for me to speak to the manager. Actually very disappointed with the service at this store and will never be coming back.

Manager on Duty was rude about giving a drink carrier to a delivery driver even tho there was 2 drinks.... other Chick-fil-A have 2 drink drink carriers..... no excuse actually to be that way to delivery drivers

I visited this fairly new chick fil a location after a busy day of work, i was a little skeptical after looking at the reviews but I got absolutely blown away. My first main concern was the wait for my food particularly due to other reviews mentioning both the mobile and regular drive through were merged however it seems like they’ve reverted that change. The staff here were amazing and super welcoming and attentive, as I was pulling into the drive through I was acknowledged and greeted with waves from the order takers! The wait for my food was super short and it came hot and fresh! Shout out to all of the amazing fast workers who make this chick fil a as great as it is. Special shout out to matthew j who took my order and made me feel even more welcome than i already felt while coming in, amazing attitude and super friendly. I didnt feel rushed at all while putting my order in and he was super engaging which feels rare nowadays in fast food! Keep it up chick fil a manor!
