The cashier was as rude and had an attitude as if he was pissed about having to work, which isn't the customer fault. Asking him a question, you would get a ride tone and he would respond as if you should already know.

Their service at this location sucks. I’ve ate at many Chipotle’s, this store could do great here in Manor but the service is always lack luster. Some workers borderline arguing with customers, this girl was starting off into the distance when I went in (there was a line) and she just slowly put her gloves in (no urgency, no care, no humility) just killed my whole desire to ever eat at this location. Whoever is responsible for their customer service needs to be let go or get some training, I’ve never had a good experience here.

We had a great experience while getting our food. We had a memorable time with the food staff and cashier. Definitely recommend the manor location.

Yall… this place is excellent. I don’t understand how the review average is what it is. I go here at least once a week. They deliver on quality and service every time. If anything ever does happen wrong, they will make it right.

Worst atmosphere ever unfriendly staff Waited seven minutes to get a drink and I couldn’t have the chance to get it. All the stuff is busy and seems the stuff is not enough. They need minimum two more employees and that’s explained maybe why they are not friendly because they are swamped with work. Waited in the drive-through and I didn’t see a clear sign saying pick up only for a pre-orders that’s super ridiculous. I went inside to get my drink and even seven minutes was not enough for three orders in front of me very slow process not coming here anymore.

I really want to love this Chipotle—truly. I’m so grateful that Manor finally has one, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. I’ve never once received a correct order through Uber Eats. They’ll either duplicate the same bowl twice or forget an entire bowl altogether. It’s wild because this location could be such a hit and make so much money if things just ran smoothly.
The food quality is also all over the place… sometimes it’s overly salty, other times soggy, and it just never feels right. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances—in person, takeout, Uber—hoping it would improve since the location is new, but every time has been the same frustrating experience.
I’m giving 2 stars only because I appreciate having a Chipotle nearby, but they really need to get it together. I’m rooting for this location, but the consistency and service have to improve.
Ordered Chips and Queso and was given queso but no chips. Later ordered a bowl and a burrito but received no bowl.
This is the second time this Chipotle has messed up our order, and it’s pretty annoying. We ordered two burritos online, and didn’t realize the mistakes until we started eating at home.
My fiancée can’t have dairy, and we clearly ordered no cheese and sofritas. They still gave her a burrito with cheese and chicken. I ordered carne asada and didn’t get it at all.
We tried calling the store, but their automated system makes it impossible to talk to a real person. There’s no way to get the issue fixed.
This location needs to get it together. Order accuracy and customer service should not be this bad.
