I keep trying to give this Dairy queen a chance. I received rock hard, cold steak fingers and fries. The food is always cold from here. The customer service is subpar. Depending on the day you go you may get someone that's hospitable or you may get someone who's a jerk. I'm done wasting my money at this Dairy Queen. I ordered hot food not ice cream.

I only order a strawberry banana shake from here, so my review is solely based on that. It's always on point, just how I like it.
This is the only shake I've had that comes close to old school Foster Freeze.
It takes me back to my childhood.

Asked for a large cone, and the big Hispanic guy at the window gave me a small. Once I asked him to correct it, he had an attitude and didn't fill the handle of the cone AT ALL. The top of the cone was small as well.

Today me and my family went inside to have lunch and were greeted by a young lady named Sariya. Sariya was not only friendly & engaging; she really rolled out the hospitality carpet for us. Now days you dont get that from our younger generation. Who ever her parents are you’ve done a phenomenal job at raising such respectful young lady.

I showed up to pick up an UberEats delivery and the staff was so friendly that I came back to get ice cream after I dropped off the delivery! Very good atmosphere, the manager was super friendly and nice, and the staff was lovely
