I was given the wrong pizza, told to come later in the day to get the correct pizza, came later told they needed to make it and to come back in 45 minutes. Came back after 45 minutes, there was a different person there who said they wouldn't give me the correct pizza.

I would like to know, when you always ask for napkins, who's responsibility is it to make sure there is napkins... I travel ALOT and have spent alot on my orders. Only cause I have no other choice... But everytime I ordered and no matter where I'm at ,ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING....ALWAYS.... If I got my extra ranch, then I don't have my napkins.Even asking 3 times before hanging up. If I get my napkins, I don't get my ranch.

Placed a delivery order at 6:20pm, the tracker showed delivered at 6:58 but it was not delivered. I called the store and they put me on hold to call the driver who then said she was 5 minutes away. I waited 20 minutes after that call and still nothing showed up. I then called the store again only to be told the pizza had already been delivered and the driver said she knocked and rang the doorbell but no one ever knocked or rang my doorbell. I ask for a refund only to be told they can’t they can either remake the order and I have to wait another hour or they can give me store credit. Manager gets on the phone and rudely says “you’ll get your money back” and hangs up.

The pizza was terrible burnt cheese ontop of the ronnis tateless bland with almost no marinara no garlic flavor is was awful i genuinely hope this location closes down or managment is replaced with someone that actually bothers to csre about flavor.

We had Dominoes delivered last week. Unfortunately one of the pizzas was not made correctly. It was a bummer and didn’t taste great. I called and asked for some kind of credit for the mess up. I didn’t see the credit, and just choked it up as a loss. But surprisingly today i got a call from the Manager Mr. Jorge. He was so polite and friendly. He asked what they could have done better and after we talked he was so generous to give me extra credits on my account to make up for whole situation. I appreciate that he went the extra mile just to keep a customer happy. Thanks a lot Mr. Jorge! We will be back!
