Love this place! The birria is so good as well as the consomme. I've tried the ramen, flour and corn queso tacos, and the torta. I wish they were open during the week as well but it's a nice treat on the weekends when you don't feel like cooking.

I forgot to make my review when i got the Family Quesa-Birria Pack on January 12th. I was thinking about it and was having a craving. I always Wanted to experience tacos like this like I see on facebook and instagram. For my first experience with Birria tacos....? It was such a heavenly experience. My Gf and I just fell in love. I'm gonna get some tonight and make another review. Delicious!! ?

Love this place! The food is consistently awesome, we've been going since right after it opened and never had a single complaint. The owner is also very friendly and customer-service oriented. If you're looking for great, authentic Birria and a friendly atmosphere, this truck should be top of your list!
My buddy & I came here after throwing the football around and absolutely loved it. At the time of my review, this place has only had 14 other five star reviews, and I can see why it's very highly rated. Their food is delicious!! We both got the quesa-birria plate and the food was money. There was a good amount of meat, with the right amount of cheese in each taco. And a plate of four of them was only $16 + tax, so it was certainly a reasonable price. They got the food out quick too, and the seating area was nice on a 75 degree day. It's also in a convenient location, just a little over a block or so off of 290. We would both come back again.

We had birria, ceviche, and a shrimp cocktail and it was very delicious! We love how authentic the dishes are. The service was great and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing. We highly recommend!

Came here two weekends in a row because it's so good, and I'm sure I'll be back many more times! The Birria Ramen was really tasty and unique, plus the ceviche is awesome. The owner, Marcos, is really kind and took some time to chat with us and ask us about our experience. We all gotta make sure these folks stay in Manor forever!
