Both times I’ve ordered pizza they can never seem to get it right. Pep on one side and cheese on the other. Then the other pizza stuffed crust pep and pinafore in one side, all cheese on the other. And they still mess up. Then I call the restaurant and they never answer.

My online order took 50 minutes. Order said would be ready around 5:31-5:36… I walk in because tracker hadn’t moved, figured they just hadn’t update the info of order (bc that had happen before and order was ready) That was not the case, I explained to the employee that tracker had not moved and said it would be ready now. His explanation was that if tracker hd not moved that it wasn’t put in oven yet. Ok he looking for my order and makes a ? face when he find my online order and explains he was going to check he went to look in back then came back and said 15 minutes order should be done. Mind you it was already 38-40 minutes passed time my order was supposed to be ready. My online order put in at 8:04 and they put it in oven at 8:40ish. Mind you people going in ordering were receiving all their orders before my online order. Do better Manor little ceasers! It was not that busy!

I went to this place twice over the weekend to get a hot and ready pizza. They did not have hot and ready pizzas either time. The second time I went I had to wait 5 minutes to be waited on. This place is terrible. Please note I've had multiple bad experiences at this location.

I ordered pizzas to be picked up at a certain time of day, and of course they were not ready. They said another 15 minutes. When I checked 15 minutes later they said oh we just dropped your pizza on the floor so we have to remake it. When I was talking to the manager she just walked away. The owners of this little ceasars obviously doesn’t care about customer service. Stay away! Use Pizza Hutt or Dominoes!
I attempted to place an online order at this location but that option was unavailable. I arrived to the restaurant and staff members are visible, we make eye contact, and yet no one walks to the counter to assist me. They are engaged in conversation and now averting eye contact. One young lady was prepping and boxing orders, we made eye contact again, and then a young gentleman approached the counter.
He proceeded to gather receipts and never greeted me. We were literally staring at one another until I broke the silence and greeted him with a soft “Hello” and he continued to stare at me. He seemed very irritable, as if I was bothering him to do his job. He was very short in communication and lacked customer service.
I placed my order and walked out. This was by far one of the most lackluster and subpar experiences I’ve ever had. Although this is a quick stop and go pizza spot, their customer service doesn’t have to be a poor representation of that. I would easily rate this experience as 0 stars if it was an option.

Get from here once every month and a half or so. Always fine. The biggest issue is that occasionally online ordering doesn't work (and I only order online, so that means i just go elsewhere for pizza), and their little digital pickup station has NEVER worked. That would be a convenient thing. Foods always fine, and always reasonably on time. I see a lot of bad reviews here but idk, I never had a problem.
