36 min after scheduled pickup. I might call corporate at this point…still waiting

I arrived around 2:30 and tried to purchase the lunch special/ Detroit style! I was told that the system wouldn’t allow it to be placed. I asked the cashier if it was possible to add sauce to the pepperoni bread and he confirmed that he would make it for me! He said that it would be about 15 minutes. I went to go wait in my car 15 minutes right outside the store. After waiting, I come back in the store and he mentioned that his manager stopped him from making it and said that she would not allow that. I asked to speak with the manager, and she only spoke Spanish. I tried using Google translate and she said it ended at two and they were not gonna be able to make any accommodations. They already wasted my time! I wasn’t asking for the price of the lunch special. I just didn’t want a full pizza. It’s the principle, they had already at that point confirmed my order, and I was waiting. I was happy to pay for the sauce. She the manager was just unable to accommodate and considering they wasted my time and inconvenience me. I feel like thats the least they could have done.

Super busy all the time but they are never prepared with “Hot N Ready” that they are supposed to be known for. Manager doesn’t speak any English so communication is ridiculous. Staff doesn’t smile or greet you when you walk in. I’ve stood in the lobby for 7-8 minutes before going unnoticed! They don’t answer the phone for orders so losing business there. I say this from a place of knowledge, I managed a Little Caesars for years and won awards for my customer service!!
I feel the owner is more concerned with sales over service which is fine right now but Manor is growing and before long we as a community will have better options.
If you want a great manager contact me ! I can and will run circles around your current employees.

I ordered a pizza online and when I arrived to pick it up they gave me a different one, but since they were closing they didn't make it for me anymore. Terrible service, that's why they have 3 stars and in such a short time.
