Went in the store to pick up an online order and stood at the register for 10 minutes before any one of the 7 employees on staff acknowledged me. One finally spoke to me, I gave her the name, and she proceeded to walk away and continue helping other guests. There were three people working the line and no one would help with my order? The expectation for customer service was already low, but this location somehow managed to lower the bar. Congrats. 🏆

Not a single person on night crew wearing gloves. Staff would through the utensils all the way in the food bowls to where they would have to touch the food to get the utensil. Not a single person washed their hands including the drive through person sticking their hands in the food containers to get the utensils not to mention serving undercooked chicken

Bought 2 dozen spring rolls, a family meal and an extra large plate. Asked for sweet n sour sauce for all of it. Got there and asked for more, sauces no longer available to grab by the napkins and such. They said NO. There were 4 sweet and sour sauce packets and 17 utensil packs.

Panda Express in Manor, TX - 11/1/2024
We ordered on the app around 6:40 pm and it said it should be ready by 7:20. We went inside and purchased drinks to wait
At 7:30, we were told they were waiting on sides.
My son eventually asked about the order a few minutes later and the young lady told him she would get it.
He was finally given the order in a Family Meal box and we left. When we got home, I started to remove the little serving boxes from the family box only to reveal that 2 orders of spring rolls and an order of apple pie rolls WAS NOT IN THE BOX!!!
I told him to call and report the missing items. My son attempted to call but the phone was set to "No one is available to take your call" and immediately hang up. You couldn't leave a message, it didn't ring anymore....NOTHING!!
There was no way to report the missing items except by driving back to the restaurant....20 minutes away in traffic.🙄🤯😲
How do you not allow people to call and speak with someone??? Especially when you are a service provider. If your service/food is good, I am willing to say that. But this visit was not good at all and it was made even worse by not being able to get a resolution to the issue.
Panda Express-Manor, you MUST do better!!!
It's Panda Express...
Showed up shortly after 10 am to no one taking orders through the drive thru and the front doors locked. Workers were inside but I guess them opening at 9:30 am is suggested? Lame and annoying. Get it together.

Alright food(more chomein and rice portions) and less protien; honestly just feels like you're eating the protien as a side. Workers stare at you while eating too.

The food was ok. I've never been a fan, but it's not bad. The girl behind the counter kept looking at me weirdly because I didn't know how to order which I stated. Instead of asking what I wanted or explaining anything she just kept staring at me.

Heads up when you buy your food, check before they closed the container, today thing was that the steamed white rice would be jasmine not regular rice, sad that they don’t care about customers.

It is a Saturday a 4:45pm, just before dinner rush and they are out of 90% of the menu “for the day”. The employees are not friendly, forget basic items like straws with drinks, and really don’t seem to want to be there. Do better Panda.

Emily is by far the worst employee I've encountered at a restaurant. Not only did she essentially accuse us of lying and stealing, but she also asked us to majorly inconvenience ourselves over noodles. Yes, noodles that were not fresh, and we simply asked for them to be corrected.
When we called to complain, Emily insisted the noodles were fresh and asked us to drive back to return the food, get nothing that day, then come back the next day for a refund. When we returned with the food another day, she then refused the refund, saying "oh, you ate some of the food." When we refused to leave without a refund, she called the police. The manager was never available, and we were denied the opportunity to speak with her. I have a phone recording of the entire interaction.
Emily and her manager, whose name I was never offered nor given a chance to speak to, deserve to be terminated or at the very least heavily reprimanded for the handling of my experience at the Panda Express in Manor, TX.
Visiting the restaurant close to closing time, we were given old noodles. Upon getting home, I immediately called to complain. Emily essentially said I was lying and insisted the noodles were fresh. I agreed to bring them back, but she said I would then need to return the next day for a refund. This was absurd; how can you expect a customer to drive back and forth multiple times for a $12 refund? She refused to call the manager for a solution.
When I finally returned with the old food, Emily said the manager was not there and refused the refund, saying it looked like we ate some of it. After doing all this, I refused to leave without a refund. Emily then called the police. The manager, who I still have yet to speak with, instructed Emily to call the police instead of handling the situation.
My wife and I both have MBAs and work as a city utilities worker and a bank manager, respectively. We have adequate means to not be extremely concerned with $12; however, this became a matter of principle. The police, who were very professional, agreed that Panda Express did not handle it well. Corporate customer service eventually resolved the issue through a phone call, but it should never have come this far over noodles, shrimp, and chicken.
This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I strongly urge Panda Express to take action against Emily and the unnamed manager.
