It says they close at 10:30 pm. Don't come until 10:10. All the doors will be locked.

Bro please get rid of the AI ordering, it makes the experience a million times worse. You basically have to yell at it & it will still cut you off and get your order wrong

Down grading my rewiew. They are skimping on the meat portions. Paid $9.20 for vegetables. Will go elswhere for Asian.
On my lunch break can’t tell who’s fault it is AI or the workers . Wish I had my walnut shrimp
45 minutes for the wrong order let alone food being cold.
Food has a gummy and starchy consistency.
Portions are generous.
Ordered on the Uber app of a plate with beef and broccoli and literally got one little strip of beef if I wanted just broccoli I would order just greens like why be greedy with the beef?

This is easily the crappiest Panda Express in the United States. They never have any of the vegan products that you can get from the Panda on Parmer Ln when they have them. Example, Parmer Lane at Tech Ridge (and every store in Austin) had Beyond Chicken Orange Chicken. Manor didn't. Now everywhere has the eggplant tofu... Manor doesn't. They suck at using the app... The app is down 50% of the damn time for this specific location. They almost never have any spring rolls. The only vegan options they have is Chow Mein, Veggie Spring Rolls and Super Greens.
BTW the Super Greens are crap too. Everything is super rough (giant) cut, the broccoli is a little floret and a giant stem every time and very undercooked. Feels like eating a raw (crappy) broccoli from a veggie tray without any dip.
Lastly, the customer service is absolute garbage. They take forever, don't know crap about the app itself, management doesn't know when the app is down and if you call about it, they acknowledge (but don't fix it, as it applies only to this store, not an app outage, just a store issue), they suck at keeping stuff stocked and are always out of something, and for some reason, every time I come by, they are out of hot mustard. Go figure. Avoid this location.
If I could rate a ZERO I would have they are so rude woman worried about flirting than cooking and doing their work only one working was Jose. The food is so untasted below worst place I been to!!!!
Order large chow mein but received medium. Ask for extra hot sauce and only received 2.
As long as they have a computer at the drive thru i won't come back that thing is slow and annoying smh
One of the slowest drive through I’ve been in. It even has AI drive through to take your order. I don’t get why it’s so slow.
