I went in to pick up my order and was greeted immediately. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, the air conditioning felt good (in this Texas heat), and my food was hot and fresh. They even took the extra steps to cut my cheese free pizza with a different pizza cutter (due to a dairy allergy).

I was really looking forward to trying the new Cheesy bites pizza but as you can see the pizza is very dry and the crust is missing the butter crust as advertised. The only thing that saved this is the ranch flight. The place was clean and ambience was nice. The service was fast and easy. Not sure where they’re dropping the ball but this pizza was not it. I might consider giving this location another try.

I ordered two cheese pizzas from this location. While the pizza was perfect, and I have no issues with timing and service, I don't want a perfect pizza. Whomever made the pizza is wonderful and obviously takes pride in their work, but it's a pizza. I wanted the pizza to be messy and have burnt cheese on the crust. 😅 Kudos to the maker, though. Both were beautiful.

Apparently if you don’t tip when you place an order for pick up, they just give you a cheese pizza instead of the one you ordered using their online system.
Placed an order at 9:35 said my order was ready at 9:50 got to the site 10:12pm when inside and they said they cancelled my order!! Funny part the pizza lady was walking out with wings and the other one with pizza

Very bad customer service, kids there with no sense, a girl with crazy makes up she is the worse person there, no respect, wrong order, very bad reputation for Pizza hut name! Never go back to this place...

Just picked up a pizza from this location and it was very clean and was greeted by manger I think her name was Carlyn. She was super nice and the rest of the employees seemed to be be very kind too. Some of the best Pizza Hut customer service I’ve ever had personally.
