Called in because they delivered someone else’s order to me so I called to get it fixed and was told to call Tuesday for the general manager. I then asked for her name so that I could refer to who I was speaking with when I call back and she said she didn’t need to give me her name. Very rude and unprofessional.Update: both our tickets have the name as CARLYN so I’m assuming this is little miss rudy pants name.

Absolutely disappointed with my recent Pizza Hut experience. My order was messed up twice! First, they got it wrong altogether. Then, the remake was a disaster - a soggy, thin mess with toppings sliding off. Honestly, the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Total waste of time and money.

I placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered and I tracked my order and the store decided to cancel my order without notifying me after dealing with a family emergency at the hospital and trying to feed my grand kids. I called and asked for a update about my order which you can clearly see in the picture it was supposed to be delivered by 2:53pm it cool it’s late things happen right ? Literally all i asked the Pizza Hut employee that i was speaking to on the phone was “What is your name” the employee then told me “She doesn’t need to give me her name” she was very rude i did let that stop me i then explained to her that i wanted the name of the person i was speaking with so just in case i need to call back i could ask for her she then stated “i don’t need to give you my name” i told her asked her could i speak with a manager please she then stated “i am the manager and i don’t need to give you my name” i always order from this Pizza Hut and i have never been treated like this or talked to by a manager like this for simply just wanting to know the name of the person i am speaking with about my order the main reason i am writing this is because obviously i cannot speak with a manager or DM about the disrespect from this employee so i hope this review gets in the right hands at the Manor Tx Pizza Hut location i also attached a picture

I just wanna say the managers in this store lack customer service and upselling skills i guess. As a previous GM, I understand the industry. I placed an order for delivery and forgot to add some drinks to my order. Called the store to see if I can add it and pay for it in cash. Manager said she couldn’t add the drinks and that I should use doordash instead of buying one from y’all. Like seriously? Y’all can’t add a drink to an order and take my money? Very poor service

The pizza arrived hot, freshly made, and on time. Both the pizza and cheese breadsticks were delicious and perfectly made. The delivery driver was polite and professional. We will definitely order from this Pizza Hut location again.

The pizza was perfect, ordering online was down, so I called the store, and boy let me tell you, the girl that answered was probably the slowest person I have ever encountered. I had to repeat everything 5 times, and I swear a 5 year old could have understood things better.
