Manager is in whenever so who knows if they're actually hiring
Ramos Sucks now. Since the "Quinteros's bought Mrs. Ramos's Restauraunt in Manor,Texas. The restaurant has gone too he'll.The service "Sucks" big time. They are all about the bar only, that's attached to the resaraunt now. So they've let the resaraut go to hell. Mrs. Ramos's resaraunt WAS the BEST Mexican Food Resaraunt in all of Manor,Texas until she got bought out by her commpetitor. I've tried ALL the new Mexican Food Resaraunts in Manor.Texas, theyv All Suck,(Big time), compared to the Ramos Restaraunts food. They are too way expensive. Mrs. RAMOS gave you great food for less. The new Mexican food resaraunts lack food quality and service thy are all about the money ONLY. And not about the overall quality of food and service. >>You are sorely missed [ "Mrs. Ramos" ],you're sorely missed.<<

This food is delicious. But they don't answer the phone. When they do answer they hang it up. Prices for fajita nachos online is $10 more than ordering in the restaurant.

Every time I go near Manor, I stop here for their Shrimp Diablo plate. Bacon wrapped shrimp with a small piece of jalapeno inside and it's worth it.
Pass... sports bar is loud, service is slow, two stars for food which was devent but did not come out together and had to track my own utensils. Server was really sweet... seemed new and was not getting any help from others.
Everything was good but a little pricey for a basic Spanish

Well they took our order gave us a time and then didn't make our order. Proceeded to tell us we needed to pay first. We sat at the restaurant for 10min and then told the waiter we would be back in 30min. Why couldn't you tell us this before we left. What a waste of time. And the manager is awful to communicate with.

This little dinky place blows. They never get my order right. Here's a picture of their awesome queso compuesto, Menu says it has guacamole.....not today.....reply to mngt - it wasn't that it not only didn't meet my expectations, it wasn't what the menu said it was and if it was on the side, why would i be commenting?? there wouldn't be a problem..... good luck with the investigation. i think you already know the outcome. this place blows

Vegetarian options: They have cheese enchiladas and vegetarian enchiladas! They also have fish tacos. They've got quesadillas, rice, the refried beans don't have any meat or anything in them! Just beans!
Kid-friendliness: I think it's mostly kid friendly! There's these buttons you press to call the waiter or ask for the bill and stuff! Says not to let children touch it for

This used to be the spot that my gf and I would meet up at with our kids. Over the years it has changed quite a bit. Last 3 times I’ve been there the service was slim to none but yesterday tops worst visit of them all. We went back in hopes that we gave Ramos enough time to get things back in order. I completely understand that covid really did a number on some places.Yesterday: we go in with our boys and find a seat. No joke. We weren’t acknowledged for 45 min and that was just a quick drop off of chips and salsa. We wait another 20 min after that for our waitress to finally come over and say “do you know what you want” not even a hello or sorry for the wait, nothing. I asked her if we could get our drinks first bc we were all thirsty after waiting so long. She straight up says “I’ll take your drink order when I take your food order”. Being shocked by this response we order our drinks but while ordering a Diet Coke THEN I was informed that all the machines were down and they just have coke in a bottle, water, UNsweetened tea (no sweet but this is TX!) and lemonade. Us adults just got a water, my son got a Mexican coke (which never came) and the littlest one got a lemonade ($5 too! For a lemonade!? That’s crazy)20 more minutes go by and we finally get our drinks. Queso came out 5 min before food. Food was just okay. There was about 7 tables occupied and everyone was frustrated, I saw multiple people get up and walk to the kitchen just to get some sort of service. Everyone in there was having to get their own straws, napkins, utensils and even menus theirselves from the little station they have out with all that on there. The table next to us had food sitting on it during our whole duration of being there. Waitress was the only one serving tables and she didn’t seem like she trained properly (we had to grab our own drinks off the tray) and definitely lacks customer service. This place is falling apart (operational, not physically) and I’m not really sure how people are even giving it so many stars. No way this was an off day considering the past few other times we have tried. Please just close your doors and take time to smooth things out, hire the right people (and more of them ). This used to be the spot. Now we are moving on. Good luck Ramos, you’re definitely going to need it if this doesn’t do a flip.

We have lived in Manor for 12+ years and have visited Ramos Several Times...so many we have lost count....Its been an up and down roller coaster when it come to service, but in the last few years they have really turned things around. Food is solid, consistent every time we visit...queso is some of the best in ATX...We do have a top 5 for that, and they made the cut....And the scratch made flour tortillas cant be beat!!...We really enjoy eating here...Great Breakfast and Lunch!UPDATE 7/2023We have always regarded there breakfast tacos as the best around, only due to the scratch tortillas....but today that came to an end as they have switched to store bought and jacked there prices...$19 for 4 tacos is just crazy.
