New Gross guy working with neck beard. He's got sporadic like 6-inch hairs sticking out of his neck but nowhere else on his face. He needs to have a male figure or management to speak to him about personal grooming especially when he's handling food and bringing it to our cars. My teenage daughter couldn't eat her food after seeing him and we had to go to Wendy's for her food. If he delivers our food next time we will probably just leave without accepting the food and eat the cost.

The person taking our order was rude and rushed us throughout the process. At the end of the purchase, he didn’t acknowledge it or state the total cost, he just stopped talking. If he’s that unhappy with his job, perhaps he should consider working elsewhere where customer interaction isn’t required.

Great drinks but doing away with the “Happy Hour” drinks and being charged nearly $4 for large drinks is ridiculous. Need to rethink prices and discounts

Jazmin was incredibly pleasant even though it seemed they were short staffed. We didn’t wait very long, one our cups leaked and she remade it without us asking. Each time she walked out of the building she had a smile on her face. She definitely made it a great experience! Thank you Jazmin!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Go to Dairy Queen down the road instead. This Sonic will be chincy and instead of giving you a full order, will fill up half of your popcorn chicken with tater tots, and no one will be the wiser. The food tastes like they haven't changed the fry oil since it opened. We get sick every time we come here and will not be returning ever again.

I wish I could give them zero Stars I ordered the chili cheese Hot dog combo and there was no hot dog on my bun just chili and cheese I was just passing through when I stopped there to get food and when I got home I noticed it so very disappointing

Was trying to use the online ordering and it was down. Asked for the discount and they would not give it to us. Very bad customer service. Other Sonic’s have.

I can’t say our orders are ever 100% correct. Today, 1/2 of it is wrong. It’s little things today like don’t put this on it, please add this to this. We’ve had 100% wrong drinks usually. We come because it’s local, but if we are going into Austin or somewhere else, we will skip this one.
