Even with a plethora of customers during a busy rainy morning, service was extremely quick. Even enjoyed a few moments of bees busily harvesting nectar from the beautiful flowers.
One of the girls working in the front area had a horrible attitude. On the other hand, the guy working in the front was really nice, the cashier. We had a caramel machiatto and a paradise drink, and it took 30 minutes. There was only one person in front of us in line inside. The drive thru was busy, but that's no excuse for a poor attitude towards customers.

Came in late Friday night, while it was extremely busy with long drive thru lines ! Teddy made our drink and it was delicious! Even with all the pressure of being understaffed they did an amazing job, people need to be kind to our baristas ! It’s tough keeping up with a growing city while being understaffed

My app carry out order was made either incorrectly or with bad ingredients because the drink tasted really bad. When I called and asked for a refund I was told I could come back in and have them re-make it. This was at 8 am on the way to work so there’s no way I would be able to come back. It is frustrating that this Starbucks can’t remedy a mistake they made.

I had a pick up order yesterday morning and even though the order was correct, it was cold (only a few minutes). BUT the most disturbing thing was that I found a piece of plastic in my drink. I have never encountered this at a Starbucks and am very hesitant to go back to this location.

Omg! Went into the restrooms saw mold, trash, dust, and spider webs! Immediately threw away my food! Not to mention the flies everywhere! They need to do a deep cleaning. Will not be returning for microwaveable pastries and overrated drinks!

Last 3 times it’s been 30 min for an online order to be ready. I place the orders 10 min before I get there and then wait 20+ minutes after. It’s a disorganized mess.
Good time to pick up a nice beverage for Friday night lights! Don't forget to also get a snack too! Great music 🎶 playing too. Always say thank you and tip the Baristas!!
