Very bad service, I ordered a dragon fruit lemonade and they gave me lemonade. I told them that that was not what I asked for and they told me that it could not be changed so I told them to return my money but there is no return. I'm not going to take something I didn't order and pay for it. But in the end they didn't give me my money back and the manager has a very bad attitude.

While the service was friendly, the building itself was very unkept and dirty. There was no toilet paper and either restroom and from the looks of the sink, my hands were already cleaner than they would have been touching it to wash them.

I went to Starbucks to get a coffee, rest and watch videos.The noise from the music in the store was so loud, it ruined any chances of rest or watching videos.The workers were yelling over the noise and walking around in front of me, which was also horrible.In short, this is yet another anti-consumer Starbucks.

I need to see if someone can reach out to me with corporate number I’m tired of seeing this every time I go, and I finally said something tonight and the guy made a face and rolled his eyes so I’m new to town and I’m just like who else can I explain my situation to and will correct this with employees touching the rim of your cup where you drink from even the cashier I mean they are handling money plus I saw her cleaning her hand in a rag she had on the counter then she handled my drink to make sure the lid was on right so sick ?
