They made my order wrong the first time and I called and nicely asked if they could remake it. When i went back to pick up my new one the lady wouldn’t even look at me but i still told her thank you so much. She definitely made it like this out of spite when it was her mistake in the first place.

Not so great experience, the lady kept complaining about not liking to make the sandwich I ordered and taking her time. Once I got to my place to eat and tried the chips, they tasted past. And yes it was, when I went back to the store and communicated it to the lady she said “just take another bag” but they were all expired. My order was large.
This just makes me wonder if other ingredients in my food were expired. I would like someone to contact me.

My husband placed an order. I went to pick it up after an hour, they told me that my husband had already picked it up . The manager said when my husband came to pick up the order, they asked him for his ID to confirm that it was his order. Which is a lie, we have never been asked to show our ID when picking up food. My husband was at home with the kids, thats why I had to go pick up the food. The manager argued with me for 45 minutes. She Yelled at me and refused to replace my order. She even tried to give me someone's order. I told her that I wanted the food that my husband paid for. She was extremely rude and a pure narcissist. Worst manager ever.

The two old ladies working today were so rude. I like this location but not when they’re working. I always stop and get a drink and cookie after shopping and I leave a nice tip. But these two should learn how to talk to people and be understanding.

Stopped to grab some sandwiches for my brother who had a baby. My four-year-old was crying for a juice and the worker there tonight. Let her grab one and said it was on them. Thank you for being kind. You have no idea how much that means to parents when kids are going crazy really great service.

My sister ordered my sandwich off the menu and added two extra things. On the sandwich is supposed to be ham ( they didn’t have any), lettuce, tomato, cheese and onions ( I didn’t get the onions) and I added bacon and avocado. They added my two things but they didn’t put lettuce and tomato, so it’s just meat, avocado and cheese and they put my sandwich under the pizza boxes

Subway in manor is disgusting it smells like fish from their employee Leilani and does not know how to make sandwiches and be respectful! She needs to leave the dope out from work she be out of it slow as hell !!

First of all the guy didnt look up even 1 time for 1 sec while he was making some sandwich for some to go order or something (no other customers in store)

2nd of all, dude turned around and i got a full view of his butt crack, he wasnt even wearing boxers. Pull ur shorts up. Disgusting.

How hard is it to make a sandwich? I ordered online went to pick up my sandwiches, checked the ticket to make sure it was correct ( kinda hard to unwrap and check to make sure it's correctly made) nor should I have to! Got home and guess what....they were wrong! This place is horrible...I have gave them one to many chances, never again!
