To the larger Caucasian lady who hates her job. Please don’t try to rush customers to pay while ordering . Also don’t charge for items that come on a sandwich and try to throw the receipt away quickly and “run away”. Be honest and stop trying to cheat customers. Also don’t be mad and mutter things under your breath when asked for the receipt that you’re supposed to give customers. Maybe you should not work there if you don’t have customer service skills.

I don’t often write reviews, but never in my life have I felt so disappointed by customer service. We were told the toaster was down. The manager came back from a break and saw the employee putting buffalo chicken (apparently raw, and a health code violation) onto my sandwich. To which he said “I didn’t see anything,” as opposed to stopping the employee from serving us. Since the toaster was down, we asked if they could put our toppings on the side because we were going to just toast the sandwich at home. The employee looked baffled at this request. They were “out of” salad bowls to put them in, so I suggested they put the toppings in cups. Josh, the manager, laughed at our request, and asked if we were going to pay for the cups. At this point, I was baffled. Then, Josh proceeds to tell me “he shouldn’t even be selling me the buffalo chicken because it’s a health code violation.” Yet, the employee continued to pack it up and Josh offered to wrap our toppings in NAPKINS. As opposed to just giving us a subway soda cup for them. I have never seen customer service this bad, and at that point, we left and chose to go somewhere else. If I could offer advice it would be to have some management and customer service education for the employees so they can grow the reputation and brand of subways excellent customer service here in Manor.

I stopped by about five minutes ago. I asked about getting a sandwich double meat, double cheese as they have advertised and the little witch told me they didn’t have enough steak meat to make it the way I want it I said OK or you’re not gonna cut any more for the rest of that Afternoon and she said no . And then I call and they let it ring for quite some time when they finally pick up and pick it up and then hang it up I called back again and they just answer hello I had to be the one to ask if I was calling subway so I said you guys really….. and hung up I was that pissed

“ SUB-PAR “ 100 % not the “ Sub-WAY “ I know from 20 + years ago . WASN’T even a customer ! Verbally attacked & assaulted/cussed AND given the finger ON CAMERA behind the in store manager’s back ..by STEPHANIE , who STILL WORKS THERE , and resides at my apartment complex . Mad over getting HERSELF a previous leash violation for her 2 dogs off the leash , and my reporting to her the office for verbally assaulting and cussing me over my protecting my SERVICE DOG from her unleashed and untrained “ pets “ . SHE decided to verbally assault me while on the clock . As I walk BY on my way to the pharmacy . I didn’t know she works there. Speaking with the “ area manager “ was JUST as HORRIBLE ! Called him and explained the scenario, he said “ he’d view the tape . The following day , rather than call me back as I requested, I … had to call him . Only to be told “Well YOU … were JUST AS BAD “ … EXCUSE ME ?! SHE verbally attacked ME …for the 2nd time … in less than a month . This time publicly… but YOU want to make comparisons ??? Are you kidding me !? His response “ well , Ive taken care of it internally . “ I don’t feel safe with her working there … SAME RESPONSE ! Then he said “ well unless there’s something else have a good day “ and HUNG UP on me !So apparently Subway condones and backs this unprofessional behavior from both it’s front line staff and so called “ MANAGERS “ WORST STORE I’ve EVER seen . DO NOT EAT HERE ! All the managers play Secret Agent MJ & BL … two letter abbreviations… to distance themselves from their managerial incompetence and that under them . Truly pathetic ! There is NO corporate “ customer experience or complaint “ phone # anymore … GEEEEE WONDER WHY ???

There is something wrong with the people that work here. It's like they freestyle your sub when you order online. No cheese? You're getting cheese. Light mayo? You're getting the whole bottle of mayo. Ordering a specific "online exclusive"? You're getting extra whatever on there. You want turkey? You're getting steak. If you don't want what you ask for order from here.

Don't waist your time here. I love subway in general and never leave bad comments.. ever! But just tired of it. They never have flat bread. Never have anything in stock as far as meats. The meat that is there always looks like it's there from the night before. Don't get me started on the old looking veggies. Sucks cause it's the closest subway near me. But let me help you out. The best subway that I've gone to so far is located off Parmer. 5725 E. Parmer lane, Manor, Tx, 78653. Total opposite of the one I'm talking about located in the Walmart.

There were flies in the display cooler. Came in to get my family dinner tonight and literally stopped them in the middle of making my fiancés sandwich and left. On top of the flies landing on and straight chillin on all of the meats. The chicken teriyaki they scooped looked squishy, discolored and was sitting in a clear yellowish sludge. I work in the food industry and I would literally refuse to serve anyone this food in fear of getting someone sick. DO NOT EAT HERE
