Maria "the manager" was extremely rude. After waiting in line and skipping me, she told me I needed to get in line. After explaining to her that I was already in line and that I was in front of the gentleman she was helping, she became angry and told me that I need to get behind him. The reason she skipped me was because I walked a bit forward where the food was visible thinking that is where the line starts. This is the first Subway where the meats are blocked from view which I found a bit concerning. Horrible customer service from her. The rest of the staff was nice.

Extremely poor customer service ! I stood there patiently And waited and waited-only one in line! One Young dark complex female completely We’re just glanced towards me and ignored me! Older white Elderly female completely ignored me as well! Both female employees were busy doing other things Other than taking care of customers!
The older white female was socializing with look like her husband! Dark complected, young female was just folding ham into a container! For about 15mn No one acknowledge me or Would take my order!
I walked out in this disappointment! I’ve never been treated like that in the subway! Shame on you people! I’m a hard-working man I wanted to spend hard on Earned money on one simple sandwich!!! I was never rude and I was very patient But this is wrong! Hope you get the See this owner on your cameras! I can’t make this up!

The service they offered me was very pleasant, they were very kind even when I didn't know English, they pointed out the ingredients to me or gave me the menu so I could tell them what I wanted, I thought it was very nice and pleasant on their part. They weren't rude in that sense.
The place is always clean, the containers are clean and the staff is very friendly, excellent service!
Parking: The parking lot is the Walmart parking lot, so it is very easy and fast, except that at some times of the day it gets very crowded and it does take a while to find a place to park.

I refer to the Manager, María, my niece with a fever and trembling asked her, she needed to leave and she is heartless, she did not want to, my niece under her responsibility went directly to the Emergency Room, I ask that her superior contact me, they must take action with this racist since she told her To my niece, she doesn't like Cubans, and if she had interviewed him, he wouldn't hire her. The meat bar is now concealed so you can tell what’s going on back there. They screwed up my order and tried to charge more money for something I didn’t ask for. There seemed to be a language barrier. Never coming back here again.

They close early every night. I showed up at 930, and they already locked the doors. They are supposed to be open til 10! They never smile and act as if you are bugging them. This location needs to hire someone to babysit this group of lazy, rude, entitled kids.

May 5th 2024 Bad attitudes. Bad Service. DISGUSTING food handling. A fly landed on a sandwich the pompous young lady was preparing and let it go to town on it, all while she was smiling at her co-worker like it was a joke. It's a sad day when we let children prepare our food...both of you should consider new careers. I'll be contacting corporate first thing in the morning...
