Flat sodas. Fries taste like chemicals. They made me fresh fries and a different soda, but same thing. I’ve never had fries that bad in my life. Wish I just waited for the Panda line. What a disappointment. Also I got a large combo and they gave me a small fry

The night shift? A JOKE!!!! How did you find the three most incompetent and rude workers and put them all on night shift? Not only couldn’t they get the order right, but it took forever, cussing/irate staff, made us move up when no one else was there. DON’T COME HERE FOR A LATE NIGHT ANYTHING! Just go to the gas station next door. I sure hope the night shift doesn’t reflect the rest of the staff but I wouldn’t be hopeful.

Look those workers there in Manor are kick ass. I loved them. They didn't make fun of me when I spoke Spanish to them. They were shocked a white girl could communicate in their language. They were quick and happy and had a great attitude. Loved them all. Food is always good. It was fresh and hot and made just how we asked. Great crew!!!

11:45 on May 7 I pull up to the drive through at this particular Wendy's for the first time. I usually love a good Wendy's and I like the Bastrop location. However. After sitting for several minutes waiting for the drive through person to let me know he's ready to take my order I hear... Nothing. So I Pulled around and had to actually walk in. I was filthy from work, which is why I wanted the drive through. When I get to the counter I look over and there's the drive through kid staring blankly at nothing with his lower lip hanging down as if he were a moron. I order from the counter from an actual adult lady who was very nice. The entire time I was there this drive through slacker is just muddling around as slowly as possible and doing as little as possible while everyone else is working. When he speaks into the microphone I couldn't hear a single word he was mumbling even though I was five feet away. This location needs to do better and hire people who aren't daydreaming about video games or whatever while they collect a check they don't actually earn. Maybe training might help. I've run large crews for decades and I would have tossed this kid out the door on day one. By the way, the food was not good. I've never been to a Wendy's before that had bad food, but the fries were stale, the cheese on the fries was hard and cold, and the bacon was at least a couple of hours old. I'm guessing it was sitting on a warming tray for quite a while. Wendy's needs to overhaul this location or shut it down. This location has lost my business forever. I never thought I'd see another food place as bad as the Subway in Elgin, but there you go.

This place needs to hire people that actually speak English. And also customers beware they will try to charge you extra and then pocket the money. Nothing but thieves up there and they also give you attitude when ordering your food and picking up your food it's not my problem you chose that job. Maybe you should have got a higher education. I will be contacting the better Business bureau on this crappy location.

Wendy's consistently delivers fresh, tasty food and great service. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, especially the Dave’s Single – always cooked just right with fresh toppings. I also love that their fries are hot and crispy, and they pair perfectly with the classic Frosty. The staff at this location were friendly and fast, and my order was accurate, which I really appreciate. Wendy’s stands out from the usual fast food spots with quality you can taste. Highly recommend for a quick and satisfying meal!
