I dont understand why the always take foreverrrr to bring out food for curbside. Always 25-30 min wait even if they are not busy. Always have to go inside to go get my food. Always my food is just sitting there but the lazy workers dont bring it out, hate this location.

Nasty and slow
I been to this location several times and they always mess up my order I will never wast my money at this whataburger again. This place is get worse went for breakfast 09/03/25 they have family members walking behind the counter and in the cooking area like it’s there own house , then they served me old food twice has to ask for a different option management needs to get on the ball and fix this location’s problem.

Rich is the best person at this location. 10/10 customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job. Employees like this are hard to come by these days. I hope they give him a raise

I really like Whataburger, which is why I keep giving this location another chance. Unfortunately, it’s been disappointing time and time again. My DoorDash orders often get delayed or canceled, and when I went in person, I saw employees moving with no effort or urgency. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was so dry it was mostly crust instead of chicken at least the order was correct this time. This location needs stronger management and better quality control to live up to the Whataburger name.

Got the party melt, and gotta tell you, what a shame, burger wasn't even cooked correctly, and not to mention I was halfway into my burger when I noticed it was RAW. All pink inside, all I know is that if I get sick, I'm suing, would not recommend

This must be the takeout spot of Manor because the line was out to the highway. The drive their manager was real helpful and showed me how to get coupons onto my order and into the app. For the wait, the friendliness was top notch!

This restaurant was a nice one to visit. Most of the ones are really crowded and the lines are long. But I was happy to see that the inside was clean and the service was fast. I ordered the Prickly Pear Raspberry drink and it was tantalizing, minus the excessive seeds.
This may have been my first Whataburger experience. It was a transcendent moment. But, maybe because there was a snake in the back seat of the car.

This is by far the worst what a burger I've ever been to. Workers are lazy and slow they get everything wrong because they don't know how to work as a team.
If you are going to order trough doordash expect for missing food.
Every single time that I have ordered door dash from this specific what a burger food is always missing always and I am super fed up with it managers here don't know how to lead at least the night shift ones don't come here this place is a mess
