Something is wrong with our order EVERY TIME! We usually have to go to Elgin if we want what we order but Uber Eats goes to the Manor location. The Whataburger employees and Uber Eats driver don’t check the order. Completely missing 2 items yesterday and today didn’t get any syrup for the pancake meal. I don’t know why they can’t get it together when Parmer and Elgin locations never have a problem.
I just read other reviews and realized I’m lucky that I got food at all. This location needs a visit from corporate and new management clearly. Making Whataburger look bad!
Do not use the outside lane to order drive through, there were at least 4/5 cars that got their food food before me on the inside line. I had 2 meals and took over 10 mins

Not usually a takeout kind of gal. I love cooking but after a late-night jazz session, I decided to give Whataburger a try. I went for the onion rings and chicken bites… and wow 😍! At 1 a.m., the staff were all smiles, and the food was fresh and hot. Looks like I’ve found my new late-night indulgence! #LateNightCravings #WhataburgerWin #FreshAF
