If you order online they won't serve you unless you go inside to pick up even if the drive threw is totally vacant. Be prepared to wait at lease 30-45 minutes if the store is NOT busy. They will loose your order and you will have to consistently remind the staff you are waiting on food. When your order finally arrives cold don't go far because as sure as the sunrise something will be wrong evey time. The place is run by high-school kids they can't be expected to follow directions if it involves reading. Did you ask for extra condiments? Forget about it!! Order a milkshake? Hope you like it room temperature and frothy!! Flat sodas? You bet. Be sure to ask for hair in your food so they don't put it in there. Cold fries and forehead grease are a must, sour ketchup all day. Don't worry you won't be stuck with the food from this what?burger for long if the sight of body fluid in your lunch bothers you..

Without over exaggeration, this place takes 40 minutes to an hour for an online order for whatever reason. I'd place my order at 2:30pm, and the app says 4-7 minutes, but I end up walking out of there at 3:10-3:20 and then I'd be running late to work multiple times so I stopped ordering online here. It pointless

This is the worst whataburger I have ever been to. It is consistently staffed by a crew fighting for 1 brain cell. Whataburger might have lost a customer permanently. I have given plenty of chances and this is the last. Completely stupid.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Whataburger serves breakfast until 11 am! I had a bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo with hash browns and root beer. It was all sooooo good!
